Such is the result of choosing to reside within a nation of laws. Do not commit a crime, do not resist arrest, do not get killed in the process.

Pray tell, why is such a simple, basic concept, ultimately proving to be so difficult for so many to actually comprehend?

    Irrelevant.

Once again, and do try and address the question itself as it was presented to yourself. Was it, or was it not, proven the "hands up" claim was factually incorrect?

Nothing excessive about a legal takedown of a criminal who challenged the police to do so. So said the grand jury. So said the DOJ.

Pathetic logical fallacy - as expected. Just because someone is taken down for legal reasons - does not mean that excessive force is not used in that takedown.

What criminal charges is he facing?

What part of logical fallacy don't you understand ? - and repeating that fallacy over and over will not make your fallacy any so.

The question is what part do you not understand about what happened? If it were excessive force then it wouldn't be a legal take down. It wasn't. So said the grand jury. So said the DOJ.

Doesn't resist arrest, its simple. Garner's actions is what killed him, not the police. I'll bet that had he just got arrested, he would have had a slap on the wrist if not a small fine, which would have probably been deferred.

Such would depend. It is a federal offense to try and sell tobacco-related products in an untaxed fashion, since the united states federal government collects a tax on said products?

The justification offered up for the killings of those in the Waco incident was because the guilty party cut the barrel of a shotgun down below legal length without registering it or paying the manufacturing fees. Officially the entire lot were murdered over a matter of two hundred dollars in tax money the federal government did not get.

Yeah. Not wanting to be arrested means he wants to be killed by a cop. And so chocking him to death in a way that your department says is illegal is so right... just like the city paying almost 6 million bucks in damages done.

Please note the logical fallacy in the bolded statement. The fallacy is called non sequitur "it does not follow"

The assumption is that if police are taking some one down due to resisting arrest for engaging in a misdemeanor - that any amount of force is not excessive.

The above assumption is simply false. The force allowed is that which is necessary to subdue the person ... to go beyond that which is necessary is excessive force.

Neither the grande jury nor the DOJ claim what you are claiming.

The thug white cop used an illegal chock hold on his victim. Subsequently his victim died because of this. That is a crime right there. The joke is on all the Americans that this thug cop is allowed to do this, while the city payed something like 6 million in damages. The hefty amount goes hand in hand in how ugly the execution was.

Except for the fact that it did not directly lead to the death of Eric Garner.

Once again, do not commit crime, do not resist arrest, do not get killed in the process.

Explain, precisely why is such a simple concept ultimately proving to be so difficult to comprehend?

So what is being stated on the part of yourself, is that black individuals should be allowed to commit whatever degree of crime they wish, and cause whatever degree of harm to others that they wish, because they have been treated unfairly?

This mindset is why white conservative suburbs are so blissful to live in compared to inner city hoods. If a white thug gets killed resisting arrest in one of our neighborhoods. we all collectively think "good riddance"! It is a different culture. We value safety for the law abiding citizens who contribute to society, we do not value safety for predators who prey on the weak.

The guy was just selling cigarettes. And this white thug with a badge killed him over it. This has nothing to do with protecting and serving. This is a predator who killed his prey. And the city paid millions in hard earned tax money from law abiding civilians over this, while the predator walks free.

The United States is know how it rules with almost all white juries. It has even been proven that minorities are given far harsher penalties for doing the same kind of crimes that white people do, under the same circumstances. They get pulled over a lot more when driving, while white people got a higher chance of having illegal contraband. Heck, the % of black people being pulled over dips at night, cause racist thugs with badges have a harder time seeing what ethnicity is behing the wheel. These facts are out, buddy.

Untaxed cigarettes. Thus making it a criminal act.

Pray tell. Exactly why should a career criminal with a lost history of convictions for illegal activity, who was presently engaged in committing yet another criminal act, be given any consideration when they refuse to comply with a lawful order?

No, I am saying that they shouldn't be massacred in the middle of the street for something so little and posing no thread. If you want your public executions in the streets, than I suggest you go home to Saudi Arabia.

Then if such facts are in common knowledge, why do members of the black community, such as Eric Garner, decide that they are simply going to not comply, and put themselves in a situation they have every reason to know will get them killed in the process?

A reason for a white supremacist to kill a black man.

I'm not seeing any leads to why this guy had to be executed. But I guess some people still like to see black people lynched over the most smallest of things.
