That's about the size of it. One other thing, the Ukrainian prosecutor has already investigated Hunter Biden, and he concluded that Biden had done nothing wrong.

At Helsinki in July 2018, Trump, in a stunning rebuke of the US intelligence community, declined to endorse the US government's assessment that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election, saying he doesn't "see any reason why" Russia would be responsible.

"I have great confidence in my intelligence people, but I will tell you that President Putin was extremely strong and powerful in his denial today," Trump said.

At Helsinki, Trump spent two hours alone with Putin. Trump has never disclosed to even his closest advisors what was discussed. But Putin knows.

In opposition to his own advisors, his vice president, and Congressional leaders of his own party, Trump admitted that he invited the terrorist sponsors of the 9/11 hijackers to Camp David a few days before the anniversary of 9/11.

Working for Trump in the areas of foreign policy or our national security can create problems in terms of one's employment longevity. Flynn gone, Tillerson gone, Mattis gone, McMasters gone, Bolton gone, Coats gone, Nielson gone, Kelly gone.

As of August 12, Trump has made over 12,000 lies. https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...as-made-false-or-misleading-claims-over-days/

Trump used a five-day old forecast to warn the people of Alabama they would get "hit hard" by Hurricane Dorian. The current forecast showed Dorian was not coming anywhere near Alabama. It was even missing Florida. Trump spent a week defending his forecast.

Trump asked a foreign government to interfere in our elections on his behalf and used funds approved by Congress to aid Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression as inducement.

It says a great deal about you that you approve what Trump has done.

Nine days ago Trump released the $250 million in military aid to Ukraine. The whistleblower's complaint reached the I.G. desk on Aug. 12. Trump got caught with his hands in the cookie jar, and he tried to remove the stigma.

House Intelligence Committee chair Adam Schiff, then, sent a letter to acting DNI Maguire on September 10, demanding more information and accusing him of violating the law by not sending Congress the complaint.

ODNI general counsel Jason Klitenic — who is responsible for overseeing all legal matters within the ODNI — responded on September 13 in a letter to Schiff and the Senate Intelligence Committee. In that letter, Klitenic said that his office had consulted with the Justice Department about what to do, and that they determined the complaint wasn’t an “urgent concern” after all. He further said that the complaint “does not allege misconduct within the Intelligence Community.” (We now know this is because it alleged misconduct by President Trump himself.)

Is he your child? How else can you explain the amazing amount of time and attention you spend on him? Do you have a life at all that doesn't revolve around Trump?

While I am not one to deny the possibility that it is possible for a situation to arise in which certain powerful people can commit criminal conspiracies. I find it incredibly ridiculous that we are still talking about this.
I am not one to dismiss the idea that certain powerful individuals can commit and participate in criminal conspiracies. However, I find it amazing that we are still talking about this. There is no evidence that Trump conspired with Russia. None. The report came out and even said that they couldn't find any evidence. So I find it amazing that people like you are still putting out there these ridiculous ideas of a trump Russia conspiracy even though there is no evidence of such, and I think you are holding on to the idea simply because of their political bias.

Seems that Obama changed his mind on the 2009 missiles to Poland and pulled the launchers out. It also could be that Poland didn't trust America's new Europe defense missle and want the ones Trump sold them

Part of Trumps negotiating methodology is to appear like a friend to his opponent. He does it every time. Right or wrong it is what he does. The reality is that Trump has been tougher on Russia than prior presidents. As I always say, ignore what politicians say and judge what they do.

And, of course, he shouldn't talk about his private conversations with other national leaders. Your desire for points to use to attack him doesn't change that reality.

He believes he can solve most problems by talking to his opponents. It may be a weakness but it hasn't hurt anything so far.

Then don't accept a job from him.

    Hyperbole

At last you have defined what Putin wanted from him.

    That is correct.

Pathetic, you responded to the post but did not deal with the issues in it. Instead, the focus of your attention was on me. That is all a Trump fan can do. They certainly cannot defend Trump. No one can.

How presumptuous can you get? How I spend my time is entirely up to me. You voted for Trump, right?

"Poor guy?" Hey, I am having the time of my life. Trump is fun and sometimes funny. Who else would use a five day old NWS map to warn the people of Alabama of a hurricane? Now that's funny.

We dont have to defend President Trump.
We who voted for him, are content to let him govern. That's what we hired him to do. We didn't sign on to placate every malcontent that feels the need to vent their bitterness, 24/7.
It's just become some sort of a mental disorder for those obsessed with opposing Trump.
Just curious why you devote your every waking moment to a man you profess to despise.

(Hell yes I voted for him! And I'll do it again in 2020!).

So you don't mind his corruption or the fact that he's in Putin's pocket?

    Why?

Who said Trump conspired with Russia? Try reading the thread title again.

We know Putin interfered in our 2016 on Trump's behalf. It is quite evident from the posts you read -- you did read them, right -- that Putin got his man.

I noticed you couldn't challenge any of the statements made. Your only argument is, you would have preferred the statements not being made.

The truth is, no, you don't. The more important truth is -- and the one you should think about -- you can't defend Trump. No one can.

That matter is moot. The whistleblower complaint and the I.G.'s verdict that the complaint was "urgent" and "credible" is what matters and the fact that is about Trump, not Biden. Neither Biden did anything wrong. Trump asked a foreign government to interfere in our election on his behalf and used military aid to Ukraine as inducement.

That is what is important. Everything else is irrelevant.

I've really enjoyed discussing Trump in this forum! I've loved discussing how pissed off a lot of you are that he won, how dumbfounded you are that it was even possible for him to win, how apparently blindsided you were, (Obama's "At least I will go down AS A PRESIDENT" , mike drop, was especially precious!).

Because it speaks to how conceited those of you are, who thought you were all above the "average" American. Guess not.

    Never take anything for granted.

Of course it doesn't matter that the 'whistleblower' did not have first hand knowledge or that Biden threatened Ukraine that counts. Only TDS is important.

True, he feels he can solve the problems we have with hostile foreign governments personally. He feels the power of his personality will win them over, and he prefers not to use the professionals in the state department. He has made himself the lead diplomat because the show creates powerful and lengthy photo ops. You know how he loves those.

We are in agreement, and we can also agree that his "negotiating methodology" is a total failure. His trade war with China has placed inflation fears in our economy and Wall Street is governed by what China does. North Korea continues with its nuclear research and ballistic missile tests while Kim and Trump exchange love letters. Kim loves to to talk to Trump because it greatly enhances his prestige. Trump plays along. Trump's friendship with the communist dictator of Russia has achieved nothing. Trump still has not admitted that Russia interfered in our election.

So much for Trump's "negotiating methodology."

A private two hour conversation with the leader of a hostile foreign government without his closest advisors and without a record of the talks has never been done before and is highly suspicious. Why did Trump insist that his advisors (SecState, SecDef, NSA) not know what was discussed between himself and the leader of s hostile government?

The fact that we know that Putin helped Trump become elected adds to the suspicion.

    Don't you agree?

Hyperbole is an exaggeration or a falsehood. That fact that Trump has lied to the American people over 12,000 times is documented. I provided the link.

That says it all. Most of Trump's fans feel the same way.

You are not discussing Trump. You are attacking the writers who dare to tell the truth about Trump, truth you have not questioned, not once.

I can't believe you are still talking about the 2016 election. That was nearly three years ago. How desperate is that?

Are you a detective? Have you followed me around, wire tapped me?

Maybe, I just a firm believer in common sense. and I call it out when I see a lack of it.
