Decisions on the law and not the political party.

The majority of the people wanting to impeach Trump for this Ukraine story, are the same people who wanted to impeach him for Russia collusion.

Dershowitz wrote a book “the case against impeaching Trump” that was published before Rober Mueller did his best Leslie Nielsen impression on the stand.

I'm not sure but I believe you can impeach a president for any crime (high crimes and misdemeanors) and also for things that are not crimes. See, the president is held to a higher standard than you and I are.

Obviously, there may be a "majority" that may overlap (favoring impeachment).
