    The President formally announces we are leaving following the agreement and she goes the next day and says things counter to that.

    That's violating the Logan act, she is going against federal policy. She is not the president.


    Did people in Wyoming or Indiana vote for Nancy, did she win the EC? No just 700,000 people voted for her, out of a nation of 300 million plus.

    Feel free to make the case if you'd like, but Logan Act violations are pretty much a non-starter because of how rapidly they would run up against her First Amendment right to say what she anything she wishes.

    I thought illegals have the same rights..

    Nancy did violate the logan act once again I couldn't vote in her election.

    Pelosi did this on purpose. She is trying to get him to leave without the one year window so she can scream abuse of power.. Of course she broke the law by doing it but she has a floating D in front of her name so she is immune.

    Almost none of this post makes any sense to me. Like I said, you are free to try and argue that she violated the Logan Act, but the First Amendment is going to protect her.

    Of course it doesn't make sense, to someone who didn't vote for Nancy, only 700,000 people got a chance to vote for her..

    Is that fair? She doesn't represent me and 300 million plus
