Now, let's compare her to McCain's pick, Palin. Her main qualifications were that she could pose on camera with a gun and trash talk Democrats. A demographic analysis of American voters now shows that we have morphed into something that is far more liberal, far more dependent on government (in all of its manifestations), and generally more likely to vote again and again for whichever faction promises to give people 'free-stuff-in-return-for-votes' -- the epitome of quid pro quo....

This phenomenon, coupled with low birth-rates among White, middle-class citizens (juxtaposed with high birth-rates among non-Whites) indicates the further withering-away of the Republican Party as we have known it, and the concomitant, continued rise in the numbers of co-dependent "Proles", as Orwell predicted in "1984".

The Republican Party is suffering a gradual, but persistent overall diminution, moving rapidly toward a status that will leave it looking a lot like the Libertarian Party, before it dies completely. This 'withered husk' of a Republican Party will be completely supplanted by the nascent 'neo-socialist' state that began under Obama, became temporarily paralyzed during Trump, and now has resumed a robust development with the "Obama 2.0" agenda of Biden/Harris.

Now, in the ongoing 'decline-and-fall' of the United States as we had known it since World War II, this country will devolve further into quarreling 'camps' of self-interested 'entitlement' groups, in that 'trench-warfare' scenario I refer to so often.

And meanwhile the economic and military alliance that has been advancing steadily for the past twenty years between CHINA and RUSSIA will, essentially, eliminate our status and influence as the 'most powerful nation on Earth' during the next twenty years... if we even continue to exist AS a country at all....

Meanwhile, let's all smile and have a lovely day -- after all, there's still a few years left before everything turns completely to crap....

 

Harris did not bring votes. Biden didn't bring votes. Trump brought votes to the only other party Americans seem capable of voting for. It was the reverse of the previous election where Trump "won" because the alternative was so lackluster. That has been the unbelievable circumstance in recent Presidential elections; one alternative of the ridiculous binary system was so low grade that it made the other undesirable almost look attractive.

The one (ONE) thing I think we can surmise is that whether she's named "Kamala Harris" or "Joe Schmoe" -- as long as some kind of liberal Democrat figurehead is up there, shoveling out the free stuff through government welfare and 'subsidy' programs, the liberal 'proletariat' will vote to keep that person (whoever it is) in power FOREVER... a self-perpetuated 'Beggars Banquet'....

I've told you dozens of times in different ways, Te, that "Trump was not my guy"... and I think that's candidly true of many of us on the Right.

But we voted for Trump in both elections for one main, overriding reason -- the Democrat alternative was far, far WORSE.

I really did want to try to give Biden a chance, reasoning that because he was at least a seasoned senator, with decades of experience, he might know SOMETHING of value or merit about running a government. But then, the FIRST thing he does, as his FIRST cabinet appointment, is to announce a former Federal Reserve Chair-creature to run the Treasury Department! Then he shuts down the Keystone pipeline, and, for an encore, he throws open the whole damned Southern border to throngs of drug criminals and impoverished, diseased peasants who bring nothing but hungry mouths for YOU and ME to FEED! All of these travesties -- and well-within his first '100-days'....

I have hoped, as you did, that we might see sensible, new blood -- with some degree of COMMON SENSE and INTELLIGENCE -- rising to the top of the Democrat Party, and yes, ANDREW YANG comes immediately to mind (you actually sort of 'introduced' me to him... remember?). Instead, what we are getting is the worn-out, incoherent shell of whatever Joe Biden was in the first place -- a mere shill for "Obama 2.0", which will be spoon-fed to the country by hyperliberal Kamala Harris -- WITH A SHOVEL.
