I get that your kid getting hurt can make you crazy and see red, but objectively the father's point is stupid. Think like a criminal for a moment. What is your goal? To get what you want and not get caught. How stupid is it to stand out as a crossdresser (not trans), and use that to use the women's restroom to sodomize somebody? You will be more easily identified and go to prison. If you want to rape somebody and get away with it you need to stay anonymous. Raping somebody in a school bathroom is a stupid plan, especially if it's your own school.

Furthermore, was it even necessary to have a trans friendly policy for him to get into the restroom? Why not sneak into there and wait for the right time? It would be a better plan anyway than letting people see you go where a major crime is committed. You have enough privacy in a stall to be anonymous even to those who know you well if you're quiet.

Interestingly, I have been in a few places where the sexes are not separated -- Japan, South Korea, and I want to say parts of Indonesia. It's just not a big deal. More than once, I have been at the urinal and heard the gals walking behind me chatting away on their way to the stalls.

I remember once I was out to a business dinner in Burbank, really distracted, a few drinks but nothing crazy. Anyway, I got up to use the mens room. I thought nothing of the fact that there weren't a urinals in there. I just went into a stall and did my #1, and when I came out there was a woman washing her hands at the sink. I was about to say, jokingly, "are you lost" when she beat me to it and said the exact same thing to me as another woman walked in and I realized I was the one who was lost. They were cool about it and we all had a good laugh.

What difference does it make it he walks into a bathroom because he feels trans, or if he simply declared it? Is it not the same thing? Do you believe him if he says it, but not if he just does it? Does a woman declare that she's a woman before walking in?

 

Lets see if I have this right: A tranny can and does use a girls bathroom, and sometimes rapes a young girl, and trannies now are allowed to compete and obviously win in girl's sports events--like track because of their more muscular bodies, and isn't it now a fact that trannies or men in general can give birth--that is if the baby/fetus isn't aborted before the actual birth? I'm just trying to keep up with leftist ideology here.

I think assuming this person is straight/bi/trans/etc is a minor issue here compared with the rape issue.

Other reports say he was gender fluid. You can be a girl in the morning and a boy in the afternoon after sodomizing the girl in the bathroom.
