I asked first for your proof that his time off is having any negative repercussions. You’ve only responded with questions.

No. There are physical imperatives with females, not males. If he can’t do his job he should be replaced with someone that can.

Okay - so we aren't paying for it. That should make you happy. And if Biden didn't approve it, surely he'd be unemployed at this time. In fact, Jen Psaki's tweet gives the impression that this leave is doing good things for the parental leave policy.

Yes. A brief medical leave then back to the position to which you were appointed else resign so the President can appoint someone who can give it their undivided attention ESPECIALLY when the area of that positions responsibility is in crisis.
