It just turns out that most of the history of armed human conflict has taken place with small arms fire..... And those " Gun toting rednecks " that you so contemptuously look down upon, grew up using them all of their life and are quite familiar with their operation.

No they aren't. They are in places like Alabama and backwaters like Florida but not in advanced States.

Did you know California is a leading producer of foods of almost all kinds. Rednecks growing corn don't feed the world. They just scam the government for ethanol sales.

I just posted facts. You posted nonsense. Deal with it.

California is the land of fruit and nuts being ruined by liberalism.

You don't seem to have a clue about agricultural statistics in the nation.

If you get some facts to post they would die of loneliness.

Since Florida is such a backwater could you please inform all the people from California not to move here and all the people that are here from California to move their ass back?

They are using Jan 6th rhetoric. They are fomenting violence and talking about insurrection.

Why is Chuck Shumer still a free man when he violated multiple federal laws by threatening supreme court justices? He should be in federal prison.

Possible obstruction charges can be brought against those threatening a judge over a legal case that is being decided.

How in the hell do those scumbags get away with such blatant advocation to violence?

But just like the old Harpy nag Maxine Waters, he'll get away with it. See if you hear a single peep from a liberal around here about it...

Are you joking? Threatening violence is the very essence of the USA.

    Here are some REAL facts.

California uses more ethanol than any state—2,035,000,000 gallons annually. Guess how much they produce? Only 11% of usage—223,000,000 gallons! The majority of ethanol produced in my state is shipped by rail to California so they can pretend to have low carbon fuel. It’s a fraud all right, but it’s Californians that are the victims of the fraud.

California is not the leading producer of food. It’s the leader in agricultural receipts based on production of high value crops like almonds, produce, and wine. California has the country’s largest dairy industry. But it depends on imports of feed (soybean meal, dried distilled grains from ethanol producing states in the Midwest, and alfalfa hay) from other US states and Canada. California also imports corm and soybean meal from midwestern states to supply its cattle feeding, pork, and poultry industries.

California must import 2 million migratory honeybee colonies annually from other states (Texas, Florida, the Dakotas etc.) to pollinate almonds. Without these bees there would be very few almonds produced in California.

Without imports from Midwest states, California agricultural production would be minuscule. The idea California is independently an ag powerhouse is absurd and not based on reality.

That’s because it has been regulated away like the 2nd claims should never have happened. Tench Coxe (a law graduate, secondary founding father, an elected official at the time of constitutional ratification) wrote in the Pennsylvania gazette that the 2nd amendment gave the people the sword and shield of a soldier. He also wrote that the state nor the federal governments could take that power away from the people. That’s obviously as they interpreted it back then meaning that was their clear intent was to allow the people to arm themselves like a soldier. So that means all the regulation against people owning full autos and stuff of that nature is clearly unconstitutional. If they allowed people to arm with them we most definitely would be a deterrent.

You think Californian city people are growing that food? Are you that ignorant? Theyre still small town people farming. Or immigrants. California has a lot of farm land. They also store imported food in California that comes from other farming communities. City people would fall over dead if not for small town farmers or “rednecks” as you call them. You likely don’t even know what it takes to raise a beef little lone how to cut it up.

    No. That's a separate discussion..

I was asking what the statute would say if they wanted to codify Roe. Congress has to start with the assumption that Roe is settled constitutional case law. (Even the current conservatives on the court say that it is.) Republicans can't take control of congress and overrule Roe. They can codify it, however, whether the Supreme Court overrules it or not.

But it's a moot point for me at this point because I found the draft statute. And what it does is authorize the federal AG to file suit against anyone preventing access to a clinic.

It’s my business. I grow a bunch of corn that Californian’s pay me to grow so they can pretend to be environmentally conscious. A lot of the distillers byproducts from that ethanol go on rail to CA so they can pretend to be the major food producer as well. Imagine me growing corn with fertilizer produced in Russia or China from natural gas, then an ethanol plant here making ethanol out of the corn, then shipping the ethanol and byproduct to CA by diesel powered rail so CA can cut carbon emissions! They aren’t cutting emissions, they are outsourcing those carbon emissions to other states and countries. What a bunch of dupes.

Just like CA supposedly being “rich” but the state and their municipalities are deeply in debt and their population is the poorest in the nation while their income inequality also is in the top tier nationally. It’s bizarre.

Probably wouldn't even have a clue how to cut a fish.

I just saw an article in our local newspaper that punta Gorda Florida which is just down the road a piece is receiving the most hits online for people checking out new areas to move to and oddly enough there's a whole bunch of people from California that live there.

California is so great you can't even run a damn two-stroke weed eater they're legally and people are leaving in droves.

It's a beautiful state being ruined by liberalism. Why do Communists always seem to take her over the most fertile areas on the planet such as Cuba or California and then turn around and ruin them ?

Whenever someone uses the term “redneck” it proves that they have no respect for a hard working class of Americans. Being they’re not behind some desk with a gold name plate sitting in it city folk tend to think they’re stupid or somehow a lesser. City people wouldn’t live longer than 6 months without these so called “rednecks”. I think that people who talk like this about small town people are the true ignorant ones. I would love to see them Live without everything they provide.

How many power plants are in the city? How many farms are in the city? How many oil field hands come from the city? How many raw products come from cities? Small town America pushes this country.

Well I would say this.... Just like it's okay for black people to use the n word and some white people, it's okay for some white people to use the redneck word...

But contextually speaking, you can certainly tell when someone is using it in a contemptuous and distainly manner.

When a white progressive liberal says redneck they are obviously looking down their nose.

You claimed that Schumer threatened violence.

You asked a question with an assumed premise.

So, finally, we find out the basis of that assumed premise, and what do yor produce?

A video of Schumer telling the right wing of the court that if they rule against R v W, 'you won't know what hit you'.

is that a threat of violence?

No, it's a generalized emotional plea which can easily be translated as:

Republicans are going to pay for this.

How are they going to pay?

At the ballot box and by the cry of women across the land.

Did democrats seized the capital, or the SCOTUS building, because of this speech?

    No.

Did republicans seize the capital because of Trump's speech?

    Yes.

    Apparently the difference eludes you.
