If I did, the mother wouldn't have my info due to confidentiality. Also, what kind of woman gets sperm from a sperm bank to have a child and then tries to dump it off? The government isn't an entity. It is an idea of the people. That is the point. When you let the government be a entity THEN it has far too much power. I wouldn't trust congress near a vagina or a prostate otherwise. There is no need for the trans vaginal whatever it is. Abortion should be settled on a point of law. And that point should take as many medical sources into consideration as possible.
The question in the 70s was : Do we allow doctors or lawmakers to make the decision to intentionally miscarry a fetus? Because doctors were being prevented from making an informed decision on medical grounds. Then some hot shot lawyers threw the privacy issue into the mix and RvW became the law of the land. The abortion is the procedure those women have chosen for themselves, while the vaginal examination is a completely unnecessary one. Show me a medical need for it that pertains to the abortion and then it might actually be more than just being a hissy fit by lifers mad that women have abortions at all.
