In many respects I am pleased about this.

    Why?

Well, it clearly demonstrates how little respect communists and the left have for votes and the democratic process, when like the Sozi that they are, they can live outwith Greece, not be Greek, yet declare 'I don't care what Greeks want'. You see? Reds and their ilk never tolerate any Gov or political opponent not first approved by them. We saw this in E Germany. There was voting in E Germany, believe it or not. It's just that it was already pre determined who people could vote for, and who they could not vote for. Somewhat akin to what you are seeing in Greece now.

We can see how much that has in common with their international Zionist cousins, who, just like the left and the commies, they want to decide for every country on earth what democracy means, shaped around what is good for them. As we can clearly see, when any nation or man dares defy the international Zionist mafia brethren of the reds and the left, they are pre judged, hated on via the media, have lies told about them, and are demonised. Iran is a perfect example of this.

The left are two faced bastards to be honest with you.

Communists and Capitalists have always been the real criminals.

And their love child - international Zionism.

These are the most 'criminal enterprises' that exist today, and each nation has it's very own franchise.

When all is said and done, as much as commies and the left like to deny otherwise, international Zionism is just international Communism by another name, and with some lipstick.

    Ah.

You mean idle speculation and not fact.

But you were speaking of a specific incident, and made specific and definite claims about it, in a pre judicial manner.

I deal in facts not these kangaroo court NKVD style methods that many on this thread champion. Good to see those that do have no regard for due process, evidence, facts, and democracy show their true colours though.

iguess its just all in my imagination that the people are rioting on the streets in protest of the nazi mafia that thinks they have a voice in greece. we can all dream after all.

as for democracy, that bs is over rated, you can buy democracy for the right price, just like the nazi mafia is attempting to do, through intimidation and manipulation of the media.

But you were not speaking about people in the streets.

You had made up your mind that the GD ordered a political execution of this rapper.

You have no evidence whatsoever to support your claims.

    Your bare false witness.

Except they haven't been banned, Golden Dawn still has their seats until and unless their MPs are convicted of a crime.

If the Constitution Party were actively organizing paramilitary cells to bully immigrants and hospitalize political opposition then I'd like to think the party leadership would get some scrutiny, but the fact of the matter is Greece uses a Parliamentary system whereby the party has a significantly more control over the membership and dealings of it's members than the American parties do over their constituency.

Again, they haven't lost their representation. Their representation has merely been taken into custody in the furtherance of a serious investigation, they will not lose their seats unless they're convicted of a crime at which point it's tough titties.

    I see.

    So.

First you make these bold and definite statements.

These are your words, and I have not in any way changed your own words.
In post 119 you asserted that the GD had been "assassinating its political opponents".

    These were your words.

In response to this wild claim, I said....

    "When did that occur?"

So first of all we have you making a claim about political assassination, then I ask you when this happened..

Then in post 121 you assert "2 weeks ago".

To which I fairly asked.. "Do you have slightly more detail?"

To which you gave... "They murdered a political activist"

And then I responded yet again with this...

    "Who did?"

And for the fourth time and with the same assertion and absolute all knowing, you say...

    "gd's hitsquad."

To which, like any civilised man would do when faced with your chat above, responded with...

    "Ah.

You mean idle speculation and not fact.

I deal in facts, due process and rule of law.

    Not emotionally led fantasia. "

At this point, perhaps realising how far you were boxing yourself in, you came out with this...

"im sure the ppl on the streets of athens protesting about the assassination know a hell of a lot more than you could ever wish to"
And, look, I reminded you how civil society and not mob rule works..

"But you were speaking of a specific incident, and made specific and definite claims about it, in a pre judicial manner."

Then the wheels really started to come off ...

"iguess its just all in my imagination that the people are rioting on the streets in protest of the nazi mafia that thinks they have a voice in greece. we can all dream after all.

as for democracy, that bs is over rated, you can buy democracy for the right price, just like the nazi mafia is attempting to do, through intimidation and manipulation of the media. "

Not even got a clue what you are talking about at this point.

In an effort to clear your head I said...

"But you were not speaking about people in the streets.

You had made up your mind that the GD ordered a political execution of this rapper.

You have no evidence whatsoever to support your claims.

    Your bare false witness. "

    And what do you say?

"ididnt claim that, you are assuming something in my words."

    You DID say that.

Not only did you say it, but you repeated it over and over.

So, apart from pre judicial, you know what else that makes ya?

A tragic murder, a distgusting plan, and a comment

Golden Dawn, from the first moment the news were released, condemned in every way possible the tragic crime in Keratsini. But the puppet masters that control the public life of Greece have devoted themselves to a which hunt, to eradicate the ideas of the Greeks. The political parties should be ashamed, exploiting a tragic event to serve the interests of their bosses, assigning a political character to a tragic event.

--Golden Dawn's press release regarding the murder.

    http://golden-dawn-international-ne...-tragic-murder-distgusting-plan-and.html#more

In the last 24 hours, the most prominent constitutional lawyers in Greece (many of them non GD supporters) have come out, one after another, on various news networks lambasted the government for abusing its (police) powers, violating the law regarding the rights of elected officials, misunderstanding the 2001 law regarding criminal organizations, and creating a constitutional crisis dangerously beckoning military intervention.

These same constitutional experts are predicting that the ill-conceived, ill-prepared case will collapse with a resounding thud and the net effect will be an exponential rise in support for GD as they are released and welcomed back by their supoorters with hero status.

At the same time, senior police officials have refused to participate in these arrests (with Dendias suspending many) and military websites are aflame with demands for the immediate resignation of the Samaras government.

I love the part where having a confessed criminal that after records opened had direct communications with the leader of the nazis and some high idiot officials minutes before the murder is an allegation of XA 's involvement.

Yea man we are only speculating here !

Another interesting article this time in the Guardian about the situation in Greece which has led to the Government taking so long to confront Golden Dawn. Apparently at one time they considered having them in the coalition!!!!

    http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2013/sep/29/arrest-golden-dawn-racism-greece

This article seems to be an indication of the sort of thing those appearing in court today will be questioned on.

    The murderer confessed the murder
Intelligence service open the mobile accounts after judiciary order, they found that the murderer made and received calls from several XA's top guys
He wasn't alone they got "reinfrorcements" from Salamina , this is an island to get from there to Amfiali they need like 30' so it was premeditated murder
Some of XA's members confessed that they received training by both police and military officials, some of this training included weapons .
Authorities are now searching for those weapons.
Interestingly among members and besides several Albanians (no surprise here we are same race after all) there is also an Arab ... LOL

it is very unfortunate that Greek is almost impossible to be translated into English ...

edit: DP is banned in EU , we may have some scumbags but we are civilized .

    Okay, thanks for the clarification.

I believe he was charge with involuntary manslaughter and not murder though?

Getting phone calls is not conclusive proof of anything other than getting phone calls.

I'll stick with due process and the law.

I'm not one to go around incitement for the murder of people, like leftists on this thread.

Yes, because killing people is such a noble concept :) Look, if GD is shown to be a threat to Greece, deal with the threat, don't punish the party supporters and least of all, don't kill them. Now look who's a "Hitler"

The leftists and Commies on this thread have demonstrated a lust for violence, disregard for due process, total disregard for democracy, and now, an outright and blatant incitement to murder.

Amazing. Truly amazing. Maybe it's time the leftists on this thread were turned over to authorities? They sound dangerous.

Democracy is fine, but it's the way a party behaves after election which is far more important. Golden Dawn behave just as I would expect a far-right fascist group to behave-with intimidation and violence against those they find unacceptable. That isn't democracy. Fine words and promises in a manifesto are meaningless. Deeds speak far louder.

To the best of my political knowledge, I would not describe the GD as 'far right'. I am actually not even certain if there is a definitive consensus on what 'far right' is, mostly it is a term that is thrown out without any true understanding of term itself.

For example, what would you call the last Labour Gov that murdered lots of foreigners in their OWN land, and conspired and lied to do so? For that is what they did. You know it. I know it. Not for them limiting themselves to a bit of friction with other cultures domestically. No no - they are the big players, so what they do is murder the people of those other cultures in their OWN countries.

Is that not more shocking? Does that not qualify that party as a hate party, a party with the blood of lord knows how many on it's hands, does that not make that party, the entire cabinet of that time, and it's leader and funders(Tony Blair and Michael Levy) complicit in 'running a criminal organisation'.

Of course it does. By any possible standard. Were Labour 'far right'? Were Labour 'far left'? Were Labour social nationalists? You'd probably say 'no', but what are they then, as whatever they stand for sure seems like a mass killing, assassination, and criminal enterprise to me. And if that is so, then it follows the same should apply to the Tory party, indeed, I would wager that if the standard were applied almost every single mainstream party in the West would be abolished today, and all their leaders and financiers locked up.

But no. They aren't. Ever. Instead, they are allowed to go on, for they write the rules and change the narrative.

They go to posh schools and are educated alongside the Rothschilds etc.

They wear expensive suits and have manicured hands.

Does that make them any less viscous? Does it make them any less criminal? Does this in any way change their actions?

    No.

They are FAR MORE viscous, the most viscous, but because they are pampered and protected they go on and on.

And it is precisely this type of politician that then feels they can take the moral high ground? I should suggest that they have long since disqualified themselves from taking the moral high ground on anyone, anywhere.

Don't forget as well, that the self same Jewish dominated media(which it is), that tells you Hamas are a 'terror org' or that Hezbollah are 'terrorists' are the same media that is pushing this mantra against the GD.

I can only repeat again. It is not about what parties you or I like. I would sooner that we have parties than send the message out that the alternative is to go non ballot box and underground.

"Professor George Katrougalos believes it is unlikely that the party will be banned..

"The Greek Constitution does not allow for the banning of a political party but we have a clause in our Penal Code that [says] that when more than 3 (or more) persons have conspired to commit an organized crime. So, even if the prosecution finds that the members of the Golden Dawn have committed crimes, that does not mean that the party itself is going to be outlawed. But members of the party who have acted as criminals are going to be punished..."

There is a technical exception in the Greek Constitution that allows for the arrest of MPs for flagrant crimes. But it is difficult to consider whatÂ’s happened [the murder of anti-fascist rapper Pavlos Fyssasa] a flagrant crime. So, maybe there is arrest. But compared to what was happening all these months and years, we cannot condemn the fact by itself, but maybe the way it was conducted."

Corrupt Samaras meets with his true bosses, in 'New' York City, just days before these Stasi style arrests.

Note the total absence of violent reaction from the GD though. Note that they only one's pushing for violence, murder, disregard for evidence, due process and democracy, on this thread, have been the left leaning crowd, whose manifest destiny from now on is never to be taken seriously again when they moan about disregard for evidence, due process, murder and violence carried out by the Israeli, British or US Gov's.
