That it is very unclear what Political Persuation Brett Baier truly is.
He is that Professional and balanced.Of course we didn't learn how
Liberal Walter Cronkite truly was until it was too late.We knew about
his replacement { Dan Rather } all along.Even though Rather did attempt
to hide it.Keep in mind how sneaky O'Reilly became about his true
Voting block.The last few years of his Perch at Fox he stressed how
Independent he was.Kept reminding his viewers that he was an Independent.
O'Reilly said it for one reason only.To keep his enemies at bay.By Insisting
he was an Independent,he wouldn't be The Guy on the block to pin
the tail on,even though he started acting more and more like a Jackass.
O'Reilly was very touchy about his Reign as King of Cable Outlet.
Then when the debate took place when O'Reilly kept bragging how he
was a true Reporter who actually covered Real Wars in person.
Guys like David Corn made a big stink about that " supposed O'Reilly
Reporting from an actual war zone " fact.

 

The 50's was a good place to cite for context.In the 50's,a majority
of Blacks were Republicans.At least those who made an effort to vote.
Plus Blacks rarely went out in public w/o looking their Sunday best.
It was President Eisenhower,a Republican who had his 1957 civil
rights bill.The Senate that year was a majority of Democrats with
L.B.J. being the Senate Majority leader.L.B.J. wasn't interested
in any civil rights bill.Nor was J.F.K. It wasn't until 10 years later that
L.B.J. swore he'd have them Blacks votin' Democrats for the next 200 years.
By starting his Great Society Project { Welfare }.This same savior of Blacks
did everything he could to stop and stall Eisenhowers '57 civil rights bill.
BTW ... George Reeves { Superman TV series } committed suicide by

The right to a free press, regardless of bias or subjective individual distaste, is granted by the constitution. The people who don't want to hear or read what the media says are the enemy, not the media itself. Do you think Trump can win Russia's help over by calling Putin a liar to his face? That is basically the position the news people put him in when they held a news conference after the meeting and they asked Trump about Russian interference. Of course he asked him and of course Putin would have said no. I think he's smart if he can win over both China and Russia. Tensions were getting high in Syria and ISIS was wiped out as a fighting Army. It will be hit and run with them now. You have Turkey, Kurds, Syria, Russia and Iran hunting them down Why do we need to be there. See what happened before we pulled out. A number of our soldiers killed by a suicide bomber. A run in with Russian mercenaries where we killed over a 100 of them. We don't need to be there and have tensions escalate between us. We aren't going to drive Russia or Iran out. Syria is their biggest Allie in the Middle East. I don't even know why Obama and Hillary were dumb enough to think they would stand by and do nothing to stop them taking out Assad.

If you remember Trump said last year he wouldn't sign another budget without money for the wall. He felt it was that important for the safety of the country. He did what he promised to do. The Democrats are just refusing to give him anything. They left him no choice but shut it down. But he stayed there and asked them to come back and bargain with him. They refused and went on vacation for a week instead and Hillary was going to load the plan down with Democrats and take another week off and you want to blame Trump for this long fight and our Federal employees not getting paid?

I don't disagree with this at all. Presumably GEICO, Pfeizer, Jenny Craig, T-Mobile, Sleep Number and the rest place their ads after deciding whether their target audience is liberal or conservative. They do focus groups and check the orientation of the people who like and dislike the ads. And we know they watch the shows because they pull ads if anything controversial happens.
