How come in the US 'corporate' doctors refuse to prescribe ivermectin when it is an fda approved drug and there are no legal grounds not to use it?

Off label is and always has been the doctor/patient discretion decision, and once the risks are discussed there is no legal repercussions against the doctor for any reasonably calculated agreed upon treatment.

    https://www.fda.gov/patients/learn-...rstanding-unapproved-use-approved-drugs-label

Are doctors and/or the hospitals they work for today too stupid to understand the fda guidelines that there is nothing illegal about prescribing drugs off label (its done all the time) or is something else in play here?

    https://www.oag.ok.gov/articles/att...ysicians-are-not-prohibited-prescribing-label

Why are americans stuck with one option, (in many cases by force), the undertested vax, when other options that are well known and understood to be safe medications are banned from use in ALL corporate hospitals? Whats going on here? Does not seem to add up?

Seems people no longer have the right to determine and decide their personal medical affairs for their best welfare?

    Whats next?

I wondered the same. And arrived as well at your conclusion.

we in America have a prescription system, which means the government polices the drugs - it's part of the war on drugs

we used to have people on every corner that could help people on their block with basic aliments, but now you have to go to the prescription police and beg for your meds

and some doctors have a narcissistic ego, if you tell them what you need, they will no matter what say you need something else

The CDC and other government agencies are discouraging the use of perfectly legal and often effective therapeutics. Why?

I hope you can handle it straight. As a result, medical students are brainwashed to think of anything not manufactured by a pharmaceutical company and owned outright is "snake oil". So, they pay pharma reps a ton of money to put pretty brochures in doctors' offices, wine and dine them and the doctor parrots the "approved" spiel about the drug that fixes one thing and causes ten new problems.

I don't just know this from reading and educating myself. I know THREE doctors and several midwives that were directly and negatively impacted by this.

    1. I am a business consultant and one of my previous clients was a Chiropractor. At that time, some Chiropractic treatments were being evaluated for inclusion in various insurance plans. I helped him transition his offices and train incoming staff on the new system and procedures. We stayed in touch off and on and within about 2-3 years, he had completely changes his focus and moved away from his formerly strong position on natural remedies, diet and non-interventions. He was never opposed to allopathic care. He just believed that it could work successfully alongside natural remedies versus instead of. Within 8-9 years he closed all his offices and is a completely different person. I lost touch with him several years ago but I don't believe he does anything involving Chiropractic care or teaming with allopathic doctors.

    2. The other one I know happened in the reverse. He was a medical doctor that believed natural remedies were important alongside allopathic care. His colleagues didn't like that mainly because he had patients on a waiting list for him because he genuinely cared and was not the "dictator" type doctor that thinks everyone else is beneath him. That's how we met him. I lean toward the non-allopathic side and chose for him to be our family physician.

Other doctors in the area were bullying him quite a bit. Some outright maligned him to his patients, they sent poison pen letters, they had people call in with fake complaints, etc.. Just...petty, hateful, jealous, belittling, etc. All childishness. So, they finally succeeded and he gave up. He closed all his offices and retired early. Hundreds of us were heartbroken. He was a really good, caring and intelligent doctor pushed out for no reason other than he couldn't look at his patients and outright lie to us.

    3. During the interim of those two aforementioned experiences, the State of IL wages a war against all midwives. Some midwives were so popular that couples were planning their pregnancies around her availability. She was very smart and caring. We chose her and an obstetrician and she was far more experienced and knowledgeable but we wanted to make sure all bases were covered.

She notified us that she was closing her business and moving out-of-state. We were surprised because she had been in midwifery for at least 20 years at that point. Everyone that saw her loved her (which is why she needed a waiting list). So, when she attended the birth of our second child, she shared more about her decision and what lead to it. She told us that plain clothes police officers were following known midwives and doulas, sometimes even staking out their kids' schools. Several people were picked up and arrested for the silliest things (ie. jaywalking, littering, stuff like that). At first, she said that she thought it was a practical joke of some kind but because she knew everyone else in the business and talked to more and more of them, there was a definite pattern. One woman, a doula, had 3-4 kids. We knew her because she was there as an assistant during the birth of our first child. Our midwife told us that the doula had been stopped by a man on the street on her way out the grocery store and he threatened her with arrest if she ever assisted any midwife in the area. She also relayed that the man knew her kids' names, their school, her husband's name and where he worked. It terrified her and she literally quit her job the moment she got home. It sounded so crazy to me so I looked up her number and called her and she wouldn't talk about it. She just told me that she is no longer in the business and she doesn't have any recommendations on how to find anyone else because they were all being run out of town.

I know it sounds crazy but we were in the middle of it because we had that midwife. So, statistically, there is a mass exodus of natural and homeopathic care providers in IL and that's why.

    4. Finally, there are people on various forums that say that Dr. Mercola is a con man and snake oil salesman. I know him but I've only been to him a few times. He isn't selling snake oil but people are inclined to believe things that align with their own biases so he get huddled in that mix. Like the first doctor, he is a medical doctor but he believes that natural and homeopathic options play a vital role alongside allopathic medication. He is NOT quick to write a prescription for a condition. He doesn't rush the patient through an appointment and dismiss their concerns. He doesn't act like he's better than everyone and he is very knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, the AMA's pockets are very, very, very deep. They are more than happy to vilify anything and everything that doesn't add to the bottom dollar for their industry. The people and care providers that exclusively offer homeopathic and natural treatments and licensed physicians that incorporate them in the education of their patients are the enemy.

It's the same psychological game with Trump. He managed to convince his supporters that he was a victim and "they" are the enemy. So, now they just ignore anything (albeit factual) about him because he spoon-fed them the phrase "fake news".

One size fits all.....just not well. Welcome to Government run health care (vaccines). The Government pays $150.00 to $200.00 per dose that is distributed. Ivermectin is about $30.00 for 20 doses. Follow the money! ;)

time to end the war on drugs and the prescription system.... we should go to doctors for advice, not to beg permission to take a medicine

I can 100% get on board with that. The system as it stands assumes a nanny position while simultaneously dumping nearly all liability on you anyway. In law that is called interloping, in crime its called skimming off the top.
Very true, its seems fairly clear they are preventing doctors/us from getting healthcare of our choice. Their approach has been that if someone offs themselves with narcotics outlaw narcotics, and people that are going to off themselves simply turn to other methods, meantime they build their system of control around a complete facades that really rakes in the dough. Its seems more clear all the time that the purpose of guv is to protect their racketeering schemes?

Anyone who uses asthma inhalers knows the answer to that question: they make minor formula changes to re patent the same medication, and at certain intervals they tweak the inhaler device and re patent it, too. Their rationale is “the insurance companies pay, not the patient”.
Without speaking to the efficacy of other therapeutic drugs, if pharma can’t make money on them they will make and patent a cousin and use the press and lobbyists to stamp out the cheap stuff.

That Alto Parana, Paraguay, graph comes from one of the worst Ivermectin studies out there, and that's saying something.

The study states that Ivermectin was distributed from "early September". Actual date was SEP 6. Now take a look at the graph. When do deaths start falling? About AUGUST 20. Yes, that's how bad this study is.

AND they "somehow" completely forgot to mention that Alto Parana went into lockdown from July 29 to Sep 21.

The reason doctors don't prescribe it is because the science says it is ineffective. If it were, they would be lined up to prescribe it. Follow the common sense.

Doctors are not in the habit of prescribing drugs that don't work for the illness they are prescribed for.

Off topic, but I'm deeply curious about why you felt the need for an Ob when you had a midwife? Midwives are complete care in pregnancy and birth, ergo no need for doctors.

there, i've bolded the answer for you. this is precisely what is going on and has been going on for quite some time. from "you didn't build that" to "it takes a village" to our current state of affairs, it's all an interconnected mess that points to a concerted effort to obliterate the responsible individual as a potent force for change. we notice it most here because this happens to be a country that was founded on the bizarre notion that the individual is important. this sort of idea is dangerous to any power structure. far better for the political elite to make your decisions for you and this is precisely what they are doing. by limiting access to alternatives, whether it is medicines or information or whatever, they are making the decisions for you.

it seems to be working. since i've been back i've been watching and reading and i've seen an increasing amount of compliance with authority. not just compliance, but blind obedience. it's kind of scary to someone who was a product of the sixties, anti-authoritarian and tending to run contrary to fads and "popular opinion".

    they arent studies.
    they are case/death reporting.
alto parana is is still only about 1%
looks like they simply tok it back to the previous data point, dont see anything nefarious in that.

you forgot to mention s few things as well, they only extended it 2 weeks, not into september,

the next thing you failed to mention is that the lockdown only applied to socializing, businesses were open from 5am to 5pm.

Then there is the fly in the ointment of all vax data!

Literally no one that I know that contracted any of the variants of covid went to the hospital, hence their having covid and getting over it naturally went 100% unreported! (Im one of them) So we have no clue as in no way to distinguish who got over covid naturally (or capable of it) and those wh got over it mainly because of the vax. AFAIAC there is no quality data to be found anywhere, maybe someone can convince me otherwise, but.....

For instance all I wanted from the hospital was an oxygen concentrator for a few days on this last round and I was told the only way I could get one is if I was 'admitted', and as soon as I was admitted I demanded they start my AMA paperwork, so I was in approx 48hours. I cant imagine why they would insist that they admit me just to get a concentrator for a couple days? o_O

We are the borg, you will be assimilated, you will service us! and we thought that was just scifi! lol From what I have been reading its really easy for any guv to create a matrix for us that will cause us to willingly comply, from what I have read so far, scary as this sounds it seems the psychology is elementary and therefore SOP for them!

Because there is a political backlash, there is lots of propaganda (both for the public, and you can expect for the doctors in the hospitals, and all the medical journals), and the doctors can face repercussions to their jobs and careers if they do it. (And many of them have too much of their life invested in their career to take that risk)

Maybe you should read this to understand the situation more fully:
"Woke" Progressives now taking over the workplaces in Hospitals

Anyway, I remember reading a latest study that suggested it had a rather dismally low effectiveness rate, like only around 20%, if I remember.
