Well, first your chart is nothing more than "Border Apprehensions" that says absolutely nothing about how many of those apprehended are released into the country with a notice to appear. Second the "fox lies story" is a news report. Regardless of what you have been brainwashed to believe by the 90% of media that leans so far left they frequently fall over on themselves. And it links to DHS data that confirms-

December #s not yet complete but we know that December was the historical to that point National record high for Border encounters. The 74% released in November is because the border patrol becomes so overwhelmed and detention slots are all occupied, they have no choice but to quickly release them with a notice to appear. And you are convinced that it is an impossibility that December pushed it to 85% being released. Even though Border Patrol agents in a meeting with Mayorkas are reporting that he admitted that he wont be surprised if it is now up to 85%. Border patrol agents who would be crucified by this administration if they didnt remain anonymous in making the report of what was said. But the indoctrination has been too effective in your case. You can continue to believe that it is not as high as 85% being released
