If it was a solid color, I'd agree. Hate the print... not a fan of paisley... much less paisley mixed with polka dots.

It is a good cut for her. In a solid deep purple, she'd look great in that dress.

Grandma's paisley print?

1. Unlike 90% of her wardrobe, this dress is her size.
2. Her arms are covered.
3. Waist in the right place.
4. No tiny sweater.

I wonder what color her shoes are?

 

Here's the same dress in February 2012. It's too short... and she's wearing black suede boots. Somebody call the Fashion Police.




The President and First Lady attended the 2011 National Medal of Arts and Humanities Medal in the East Room at the White House today. On the style front, Mrs. O wore a mix print wrap dress paired with black boots.

I like boots. This is the closest thing to a win she has had in probably a year. I giving it to her.
