A Thread To Discuss White Supremacy

Define 'supremacist'. Is it the same as the Chinese believing they are the superior race? Or the Jews believing they are the Chosen People? Or the Japanese not wanting migrants?

Is it okay to be a white supremacist? Answer yes or no.

White supremacy or white supremacism is the racist belief that white people are superior to people of other races and therefore should be dominant over them. White supremacy has roots in scientific racism, and it often relies on pseudoscientificarguments. Like most similar movements such as neo-Nazism, white supremacists typically oppose members of other races as well as Jews.

 

Why don't we ask the Koreans? After WW2, the Korean peninsula was divided with the north being under the tutelage of the Russians and Chinese. On the south, the Americans set their government up. Or how about Hong Kong? In mainland China, they are either starving or choking on pollution, while the former British colony is the economic hub of Asia. Japan's constitution was a gift to the Japanese from Macarthur's occupation, and they have yet to amend it.

Don't ask the white supremacists how wonderful we are. Ask the people who have benefited from our magnificence.

Oh, and let me not forget Liberia. That's a country set up by a white guy for disgruntled former slaves so they could return to wonderful mother Africa. I notice not many black Americans are swamping the Liberian embassy hoping to return to the lad of their forefathers lately. So even black Americans agree that us white people are simply amazing. Their refusal to return to Africa speaks far louder than mere words will ever do.

Now I have one for you... Is it okay to be a white separatist? Is it okay to be a black separatist? If the answers to these two questions are different, why?

Because that is the explanation that fits the post you make.

What's right and wrong, fair and unfair, is something everyone can grasp through common logic- unless they don't want to or are so biased they are unable to apply it.
Todays politics are like a bus load of kids on a trip, where half of them are raising hell and making asinine allegations, making it nearly impossible for those trying to actually make things work for everyone to get things done.

We need in that example, a rubber room in the back of the bus for those people- and it is conduct, not color, that determines who belongs in it.

All this row about white supremacy and dozens of other liberal excursions into fantasy belong there.

Because it would be incorrect. It's not okay to claim the earth is flat, that the Holocaust didn't happen, or that socialism has never been tried. Those are all false and anyone holding to those beliefs is wrong and dangerous.

 

Have you seen the comments from people in this thread who support white supremacy?

 

I guess we will just have to keep providing evidence of the superiority of whites until even the worst of the skeptics realize that it's not a myth, but based on hard evidence.

 

Just saying something is bad doesn't warrant a response. I don't know how versed you are in ethics, but it's not about simply saying something is good or bad, but rather requires logical argumentation. This is something you've refused to do, and I have pointed this out several times in this thread.

You can say anything is bad, but if there's nothing after the word "because" then there's nothing to comment on. Just some random opinion by some random internet person.

 

What's not a myth is that people like @xwsmithx think it is incorrect.

There are people in many threads, this one and others, where people (Trump supporters, conservatives, Republicans) say white supremacy is wrong, that white supremacists are scumbags, inbred hillbillies, morons, etc.

And Trump said Neo Nazis and White Nationalists should be totally condemned.

Im saying too many other things get blown out of proportion for political purposes, and it benefits no one.
Muslims think they are superior to everyone- period, And not just a few of them.
It's not a perfect world- but promoting the shortcomings does nothing to make it a better one.
A thousand years from now there will still be things people will bitch about and try to make more important than they are.

I agree with these other people, Neo Nazis and white supremacists are horrible, they should be condemned. When people burst into a synagogue and murder people because they want to save the white race from the Jews, I think that's a horrible thing. It needs nor arguing, imo.

These other Repubs and conservatives and Trump, apparently agree with me.

But what's bizarre, is that they keep arguing with me...and here you are....they ignore you. And you ignore them.

You can't or won't say why it's bad, and I can understand that. You probably don't have a very firm grip on history or ethics, so of course you're going to say that. I provided concrete examples of both good and bad examples of violence being employed, and it was overlooked. During the Korean war, violence was used, but we only came to an armistice that resulted in turning half the country into communist slaves and the other half into free capitalists. Without violence on our pppart, the entire Korean peninsula would be communist now. Thanks to violence back in the 50s, over 50 million people live in freedom.

If you want an argument for freedom over slavery, I can provide that, but it hasn't been asked for yet, so I assume it's mutually agreed upon.
