Or that a getting into a car crash and causing a woman to bump her belly really hard should be punished the same as if she was pregnant and miscarried as a result? If a doctor, through gross negligence, makes a mistake while he's operating on a woman and it causes her to miscarry, should she be allowed to sue him? For what? Remember, you say it's not a person.
