The constitutional definition of "natural born citizen" is "born on US soil to citizen parents". All other forms of citizenship are defined by US Code. So no matter how many endless ways in which the US Code might define a citizen of the US, they are NEVER a "natural born citizen" unless they were "born on US soil to citizen parents."

NO.. You have it wrong.. Read the statute.. Its posted repeatedly on this thread. Obama was born on US soil so he's a natural born US citizen.. His mother was a natural born US citizen.. His father was a foreign national in the US on student visa and under jurisdiction of US law.

 

The question is, "was his father a US citizen" when Obama was born. Nothing you said in your post makes him a US citizen at the time of Obama's birth. A "student visa" is not US citizenship. "Natural born" is born on US Soil to citizen parents"; in the plural, not the singular.

If your citizenship is by "statute", you are not a "natural born citizen", because being natural born requires no statute.
