The Trump tax cuts for the wealthy were intended to put money in the pockets of the wealthy with no way to pay for it, and they are doing exactly what they always do and that is to invest in the stock market and for companies to buy back their stock. That is why Trump announced a tax cut for the middle class just before the election, which by the way cannot be paid for and will not happen. The tax incentives are guaranteed to create jobs and income for the state of New York because Amazon will be hiring and will be paying taxes.
Understand, yes? A huge difference.

The difference is that Trump takes care of the wealthy just because, without the money to pay for it. The Democrats take care of the working middle class at the expense of the wealthy.
Democrats are very good at spending other peoples money. Neither is desirable.
