It has been 2 years since I joined PF. Quite an anniversary. When I joined in the height of the 2016 Primary fight, I never imagined that Trump would win it all. But, that said, more power to Trump and his supporters, As Al Davis (the owners of the NFL's Raiders so famously said--when confronted about the societal (and criminal) adversity of his players)--"Just WIN, Baby". Trump won. And, it is what it is. I would just like to expound my forum philosophy (once more) in case anybody missed it... ...My PF Forum Philosophy in a nutshell: If I was actually the kind of person who enjoyed wasting time "debating" issues with people who want a piece of me (and I didn't mind wasting time getting into the same old, warmed over, talking in circles, "back and forth" convos) I would probably have twice as many posts. Having outgrown internet "debates" several internet lifetimes ago, I still find it hard to believe that I made it 2 years at PF. And speaking of "several internet lifetimes ago", it was probably sometime in the previous century since I have actually cared about "building my profile" by getting into the same tired "you like my post, I'll like yours" mutual validation threads. That was as bad as being the type of person who would constantly refresh the Member Stats to see where they rank among "Most Likes". Mutual validation threads and worrying about "Likes" (2 things that I outgrew several internet lifetimes ago sometime in the previous century). Hopefully, no one currently posting at PF is still caught up in that tired metric of seeking "online validation". At this point, most should've outgrown that long ago. But if you haven't, who cares? Not my cup of tea, but different strokes, etc. One thing that I have noticed about this place (and very early on) is the difference in attitude when people are posting in the other "non-political" parts of the forum. I remember last year, in the run up to the election, that a few people posting in the Member's area would post things like: "as a class project I am posing as a Righty, and at another forum I am posing as a Lefty". That is why I take everything here at PF with a grain of salt. I mean, unless someone is trolling (or just trying to bait someone into a reaction) how could anyone possibly take a site like Zero Hedge, American Thinker, or Gateway Pundit seriously? Like I have said before, my default position is that people who use "articles" from those sites (as thread starters) have to be trolling. That said, I realize that there are a handful of people at PF who feel it is their life's mission to start multiple threads daily based on the most ludicrous RW Tinfoil Hat conspiracies. That is certainly their right. Just like Bigfoot Worshippers and people who believe that the Moon is made of Green Cheese, everybody (no matter how misguided) has their place in the rainbow. And (as long as they post within the Rules) it is no skin off of my back. And really, when you think about it, how many of the "Hard Core RW" even post at PF? Maybe 20? Tops? That means that roughly 1 out of every 3 Million people who voted for Trump have enough time on their hands to sit here 24/7 beating the Trump Drum. 1 out of every 3 Million people is really a rather insignificant amount. That is why (as I stated earlier), I always take everything at PF with a grain of salt. Besides, who would take anything posted at a place like PF seriously? Places like this are all about mindless diversions and having fun while killing time online. Nobody really takes this place seriously? Do they? Anyway, it has been fun in the time that I have been a member here. I have been entertained by the postings of the many cool people whom I agree with (names are unnecessary, you know who you are, and you know that I appreciate you), and I have also been entertained by the uproarious Comic Relief (whether it be "sincere" or not) posted by the "Other Side". It definitely keeps me coming back. I get a lot of laughs reading some of the stuff posted here. So let me extend sincere thanks to all at PF (Members from Both Sides, Mods, Etc.). It has been a fun ride. Thanks for everything PF (Friend and Foe alike)--it has been a fun ride. Here's the next 2 years. At this point I would like to add a RARE shout out to the Moderation Team. It isn't (normally) my thing to give praise to the Moderators: BUT, in the name of my 2-year Anniversary, I have chosen to make a rare exception. To: bois darc chunk -- Thanks for your fair advice. To: Lee S. -- Even though we don't agree politically, thank you for your honest and even moderation. (And, above all, thank you for your fair treatment of my content). Also, to my fellow travelers, thank you for being you... ...you know who you are, and you know that I APPRECIATE YOU. Best Regards (As Always), PF's Andrew Jackson
Congrats on your two year anniversary. Sincerely. As to to your wall of hypocritical text above? Nobody cares. That's your standard response for anything that isn't Trump hate right? Well since the election. Verifiable by your post history. Something about Trump winning broke your opinions rationality. Just like major media. He has brought the 4th Estate to its knees as far as major media is concerned and it is sad to see. MSNBC literally had a guest on recently calling for open revolution. The hosts weren't disagreeing either. Such a hypocritical post. Leftists post ten times as many posts here from sources that if you want to call them are that much less reputable than a halfway decent comic book. Then everyone drops in says retarded unsubstantiated derisive and childish comments about all aspects of President Trump then frantically like each others posts. Also easily verifiable. I find your opinions now to be similar to today's media. Like this wall of biased textual pouting. Your opinions nothing but shallow vitriolic one liners. For a year now Verifiable. If nothing anyone says here matters why bother at all? Anyway you make a thread like this and instead of being a gentleman you use it as a soap box to bash a bunch people and the site you deserved this response. A truthful one Congrats again on the anniversary.
My, my, my, aren't we a tad bit self centered and egotistical. A thread in tribute to self. But as you wrote more than once, who takes anything here with more than a grain of salt?
Happy anniversary A, this is a bit annoying VVV although I generally dislike getting stuck in the left right/debates anyway, waste of time... no one is interested in being convinced of anything other than their own convictions... why bother Yes I agree with you the mods on PF are excellent... Cheers
The OPer stayed away from the forum for quite sometime after the election given no one posted more sneering and gloating messages of Hilary Clinton's inevitable landslide. I cannot recall reading any message where OPer debated the topic of the thread. Most messages are just snide generic partisanship.
While you have chronologically been here two years, you've actually only posted here for one as you, your avatar, and your information disappeared rather suddenly after the election you swore Trump had no chance of winning. I will however agree with you that the mods here do an outstanding job.
JakeJ says someone referring to himself in the 3rd person in the title of a thread that is to cheer himself is rather revealing about his core personality, isn't it?
Oh yeah. Sorry I missed this, after all this time. Anyway, yeah. "Core Personality". So What? Who Cares? Anyway, I think my new mission is to take everybody off of "ignore" and sit around here all day reporting posts. Sounds like a plan.

The day has finally come. The Girls of Summer are gone (soon to replaced by the Girls of Autumn), but, the key bit of info is this: I (once again) finally have some time to waste online. How lucky am I, with this timing? The election less than 6 weeks away... Kavanaugh...Rosenstein... And, Trump is truly being treated exactly how he deserves to be: The LAUGHINGSTOCK of The World. No kidding, those sites are the definition of fake news.....no accountable journalism to be expected. I would also add Breitbart to that list but it's obviously not exclusive!
Whats this.....Andy giving himself Kudos. Now why isn't that surprising. At least he got the part about the Mods Right. Now as to all his other Forum Philosophy. There just isn't much that can be said about it. Although I managed to come up with 4 words.
