Article seems like BS to me. Majority of 10 year olds have not yet began menstruating yet, but if it's a girl who began very young, she's probably very irregular which means she'd not know she was pregnant. How did a 10 year old get pregnant? She is 10 and should always be in a parents or teachers care. Timing seems to convienent and details are too specific.

 

Pregnancy tests aren't very accurate until at least a missed period. So you test at 4 weeks, find you are pregnant and then have to find an abortion provider in 2 weeks. Seem doable?

 

Rape is rape. A 10 year old getting pregnant is rape under Ohio law.

They aren't accurate until a missed period. If you take a pregnancy test 1 week after sex, it won't be accurate.

I'm not sure how the doctor calculated as their are many methods, but they could have used date of last known menstruation to present day to get an estimate. If you could potentially face civil and criminal charges, you don't want to be working with estimates that border the cutoff.

 

There is no pregnancy test on earth that can tell you what day you got pregnant.

There is no method for calculating 6 weeks and 3 days.

 

Good luck with that with many abortion clinics shutting their doors for fear of litigation.
