that is 100% not true, and you have no evidence for this.

    no, you did not.

the Israeli govt. has no intention of ever giving Arab housing in the West Bank, without building permits, retro-active building permits.

it would violate their prejudiced/bigoted agenda.

Ya'alon in 2013 has approved a plan to build a new Arab city which will be under the PA control near Jericho that will take 2,000 dunams of lands from Israeli lands:
The city's name will be Nu'aimah will intend to house tan of thousand Arab residents and Israel will trasfer for that 2,000 dunams of lands from the Jordan Valley Regional Council to this project:
Ya'alon has freezed this project to study it much better, and after he studied it he removed his objection to it and according to the Israeli Defence Ministary it will be for the Arab population that live today illegaly on state lands:

Well, this new Arab city of Nu'amiah that the Civil Administration is working on today, and need to exist near Jericho, will eventually give to the Arabs that today live in that areas illgealy (which means without building permits) a permits to live there with their current houses in the area of Nu'amiah. Or in other words gives retro-active builing permits to houses that at the bagining have no permits to exist.

    lol!!!!!!!

you don't know what retro-active building permits are.

if the homes are beign destroyed, they aren't getting retro-active building permits.

they are being forced to live somewhere else, where the Israeli govt's bigoted agenda isn't contested.

now, got any evidence of ANY Arab illegal building in the WB getting retro-active building permits??

    of course not!!!!!

They would not be forced to move to somewhere else, but the city will be for the illegal Arab houses that today exist in the area near Jericho, in the same area where the Civil Administration wants to build this new Arab city. Hence, the Civil Administration wants to make this illegal houses legal, and not to evecuate them.

Yes. And this is contradciting your claims that "Israel does not give retro-active permits to Arabs".

your article doesn't say that any existing illegal Arab housing will be incorporated into the new Arab city.

find some evidence, or your claim is false.

    Like I already showed you:
Which means, if this city is FOR the Arab population currently living illegaly in the area where Nu'amiah will be exist, then it means that this city is for thise illegal Arab houses that will makes that legal, even though they are illegal. By that they will be part of the new Arab city.

your article doesn't say that any existing illegal housing will be incorporated into this make believe city that will never be built and has been on hold since 2013.

so, got any evidence of illegal Arab housing getting retro-active building permits?

    no, you do not

I already provided the evidence for it, please re-read my previous comments.

That's why Israel permitted the building of this city?

I guess that you need to read the articles that I'm providing to you, because the plan to build this city has been approved by Ya'alon in 2013, after the same Ya'alon freezed this plan several months before the approval in 2013:
