Victoria Toensing, attorney for Benghazi whistleblower Gregory Hicks, says Hicks is a Democrat who voted for Hillary Clinton during the 2008 primaries, and President Obama twice for President. Toensing also said that NBC News "spiked" the story this week, prior to Hicks' dramatic testimony before Congress.

Toensing appeared on WMAL-FM in Washington DC Saturday with host Steve Malzberg.

"He voted for Hillary in the primary and Obama twice. NBC spiked the story where I told it before the hearings...

Here's our Secretary of State working hard to keep our diplomatic missions safe in August 2012 about a month before the Consulate in Benghazi was attacked.

The mother's story has changed over time as she has been hanging out with the RW media folks who are using her. But there was no lie on Sept 14 the intel they had from the CIA said this was a spontaneous event inspired by the demonstrations in Cairo, over the video.

The CIA memo you claim was "scrubbed clean" in fact explicitly stated that Benganzi was a spontaneous event inspired by the demonstrations in Cairo that evolved into an assault. You know, the exact same thing that the RW claims Rice and others in the Obama administration lied about as part of their nutty "cover up" theory.

But shoot, don't take my word for it. From the ABC link you referred to, here is the first bullet point from the original language in the CIA memo:

We believe based on currently available information that the attacks in Benghazi were spontaneously inspired by the protests at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo and evolved into a direct assault against the U.S. Consulate and subsequently its annex.
