Yes; Act 301 has been called unconstitutional by a few oligarchs.

MOST artificial abortions of non-viable fetuses in Arkansas are DISHONORABLE today according to the general public. This is not according to 51% but a super-majority of the Arkansas public. Approval of fetal killing in Arkansas is political, social, and business suicide.

The Supreme Court is too confused and far too elderly to be the last senile OLIGARCHY besides the Pope allowed to rule for life.

Time for change to the U.S. Constitution AND an Arkansas State Law allowing the ignoring of these types of SCOTUS decisions. This SCOTUS ruling will be ignored on-the-ground.

It is ALREADY impossible to find a fetal killer in Arkansas.
    This FACT won't suddenly change
    .

List(s) of all fetal killers in Arkansas? Hmm?

Three clinics and five doctors, according to Google. Not going to list names and locations, your ilk are far too prone to murder actual walking and talking humans in favor of potential humans. I'm sure you understand.

Interestingly enough, that means Arkansas has five more abortion docs than Nobel Laureates. Coincidence? I think not... :roflol:

Isn't Arkansas the US equivalent of Canada's Newfoundland?

Incidentally, the SC also turned down a North Dakota appeal of a similar law http://news.yahoo.com/u-top-court-declines-revive-north-dakota-abortion-144058591.html
