I still don't understand. You're saying you have a fundamental right to infect others with a fatal disease because women have a right to control their own health? How does one follow from the other here?

 

nope, if you know you're infected and go to a public event, you are liable

Trump should have been liable for anyone he infected, imo

what would you think if infected dems or infected repubs knowingly went to the other parties events?

 

First, a person isn't necessarily infected.
Second, it's not necessarily fatal.
Third, both injected and un-injected individuals can catch and carry.
Fourth, the injection only protects the person who receives it.

Personally, I believe everyone should practice reasonable preventatives, but apparently that's not enough for some, and too much for others. The path of 'my body my choice' is definitely applicable. If you think past your perception of horrors, it's about choosing what goes into your body, or stays in your body.

So they're saying that pregnant women are basically prisoners, they're not allowed to travel?

How in hell do laws like this get PASSED? I would think the women in Texas would have kicked every single one of their State representatives to the Dallas curb some time ago.

OTOH maybe they can do this because women have been fleeing the State for some time
