    Good Idea, it really is pretty Stupid of a Liberal Government to steal legally purchased Guns from responsible Legal Gun Owners who keep them secure in a Safe. If the Government ever does get Draconian or decides that taxing to Death Legal Gun owners in an effort to get us to turn them in, I'd almost be tempted to round um up and dump them off on the side of the road in a Bad area of town with a Free sign on them, so it would be a Big Ol F'YOU! to Biden and now some seriously Bad Criminals have some what the Government has termed Assault rifles in their Arsenal. I really have to believe that this is just a Pipe Dream of the Democrats, but just the idea that they are exploring their possibilities is un-nerving. I find it interesting that Liberals don't even discuss prosecuting to the fullest extent of the law and upping the penalties of Felons and Illegal Aliens who are in possession of Illegal Guns and commit the Crimes, but rather go after the People who have done it the LEGALLY RIGHT! way and penalize them.

    No judge would issue a warrant without probably cause. Is your position that we should get rid of the second and forth amendments?

    True, if the judge doesn't see probable cause he will turn down the warrant application. I'm good with that. In fact, that's how it's supposed to work.

    It's not "avoiding" when the question is invalid. It's simply rejecting the premise.

    I agree - you're quite boring.

    Ask a meaningful question and I'll be happy to answer it. But just to stop the carousel of stupidity, I'll spell it out for you: I don't want to take anyone's guns.

    Well, of course you do ;) As an American I understand one of the greatest reason for our love of a firearm and that has much, VERY much to do with English tyrannical rule over the colonists and there own countrymen ;)

    Because no one ever walked away from a gunfight thinking he had too much ammunition, or his rounds hit too hard.

    Ok...so you don't get what probably cause is then?

    There's a serious disconnect in your understanding of things.....I'm trying to pinpoint what it is. One one hand, you say that simply owning a gun of the same caliber is justification for a search warrant and now you're saying a warrant should be turned down without probably cause. Both of those can't apply....so....which is it?

    I love it when the English trot out their "I don't understand other countries passion for firearms" :)

    Britain has invaded all but 22 countries
    Gee I wonder why :wierdface::shock::roll::roflol:

    I'd be willing to bet the English is pretty much the biggest factor why the world needed weapons ;)

    Biggest problem I have with "red flag" laws is that some people, being angels as we all are, just might maliciously "drop a dime" on someone they have a beef with. Might prove particularly useful in divorce and child custody cases where anything goes that works in ones favor.
