The 2 1/2-minute spot, released Wednesday, slams the Republican Party for becoming a “misguided personality cult” in honor of ex-President Donald Trump.

The video highlights Trump’s catastrophic mishandling of the COVID-19 pandemic, noting how some GOP governors continue to “recklessly” ignore facts and sacrifice lives “in the callous pursuit of votes.”

Well considering Trump plans on running again I can see why they would try to tie the GOP to Trump. They want the anti Trump vote.

The meme is funny. Why think for ones self when it has already been done for you. Those of us capable of independent thought would not fall for such a meme connecting Trump to covid deaths. For that to have any truth, you would have to show a significantly higher rate of infection among Republicans or that the same people calling him a liar, made an exception and trusted him when it came to their health/life. An author posting such a meme is hardly in a position to call others misguided.
