    Well yeah they are, the article is claiming even more felonies in the same vein as the others and his attorney would DEMAND no further prosecution for those crimes that they be included. The judge would demand to know the full scope of his crimes in order to make his determination as to acceptance of the plea agreement. You are talking want would be the MOST serious aspects of the allegation. If he doesn't get guaranties on that he's not telling them jack.

    Like concurrently serving time for lying to Congress about involvement with Russians that ran at least through July of 2016... Yet Giuliani said ran through November of 2016? Roughly the time he was reportedly in Prague?

    Think the opposite......if he confirms it, the Trump POTUS jig is up and seditious (?) conspiracy is on the table. He would be confirming that Trump is involved in a national security criminal conspiracy with a foreign adversarial government. Mueller would have to act immediately and not be able to dot the "i"s and cross the "t"s.
