No, Democrats keep crashing markets trying to make poor people think they can have the same stuff as anyone else.

Its a rape of the American Society, as far as the lobbyist goes, simplify and make it flat and so goes the lobbyist into history. If you simplify the tax code as in flat or fair either one you want 90% of lobbyist or something close to that would be history. Plus you free up a lot of money out of business, plus with Obama Care coming and the IRS ramping up we and yes you do not know what the future is gonna look like.

As in my case, I can take the picture and I can sell the picture, there you go I'm not happy someone just lost a job, good for you I guess? Which is basically what has happen to me in the last few years. I just hire less help and no fulltime people but now what makes a fulltime person vs a parttime employee?

Besides, you think banks should give loans to people who can't pay them back.

So you claim the DOJ is STILL threatening people.

Your evidence is a report from 1992 from the federal reserve. Not the DOJ and almost 20 years old. I think that speaks for itself.

Psst: I did read your links. No citation of statute, not citation of any demand by the government. Just your delusional misrepresentation of the facts. Warning banks NOT to violate antiredlining rules is not telling them to make unqualified loans. It's the opposite.

    Keep flailing. You're E-X-P-O-S-E-D

Those rules were still enforced in the 2000s.

    Yes, Holder still is.

Translated: you can't answer the simple question of what problem you are trying to solve. Invoking metaphorical rape only indicates that you can't think clearly on this issue and nobody can take you seriously.

The complexity of the code doesn't affect 95% of Americans. Those that are affected have played a role in the complexity in order to reflect economic reality. So nobody seems to mind but you and some Tea Partiers.

Why is that? What is it about complexity that frightens you so much?

Yeah, you on the tax code.

What problem are you trying to solve again? Oh, yeah "rape."

Why would the Democrat governor of Minnesota cave in to the Republican Assembly if he thought they would be turned out of office in 2012?

    No one is saying that...

In case you missed it, the housing crisis was because of deregulation of the banks, started under Reagan, and continued under Clinton. The ability of banks to bundle thier loans and sell them off as securitized instruments was the problem. Mortgage brokers did not care if people could pay them back, because they got their commision anyway. Banks did not care if they could pay them back because they sold off the morgages and got their money as well. No one making the loans cared because no one has any liability if the loans were not paid back. And the investors who bought these thought they were buying AAA securities because that is what the rating agencies gave them.

Now the Dodd-Frank bill is requiring banks to retain a 5% stake in loans they are selling to mitigate these risks..... And it is the republicans that are complaining and trying to repeal this.

    http://www.upi.com/Business_News/20...rcent-risk-retention-rule/UPI-97611301425409/

My father in law has a saying... It is better to keep your mouth shut and have people think you are a fool, than open it an prove them right.

My Dad has a saying: If you have nothing to say, then don't say anything.

I would suggest that you might want to think about these. Because I would say that your one liners of blatently false information are not impressing anyone who is not a fool. Personally, I would be embarrased to post so much stuff without having any truth or facts to back it up.

IMO, most posts that are one line long, are not saying anything worthwhile, unless it is meant as humor.

You can toss all the garbage talk you want out little troll boy... it won't change the fact that a HUGE majority of Americans are for a Balance Budget Amendment and are against the Barack Obama position.

The election is going to be a complete flame out by the Democrats. The GOPers that don't follow the TEA Party line are going to lose in the primaries.

I expect another 33 TEA Party seats and for the Democrats to lose the Senate completely. The establishment GOPers like Boehner are getting the message, get on the TEA Party Express or we will run you over.

I was amazed to see a ton of new faces at the last TEA Party meeting here. The nice part was there were many Asian and Latinos... it is going to be a great 2012!!!! :-D

Government forcing banks to loan to people who bought more house than they should have because they had no intention of paying it back is not "deregulation."

The government is not a responsible entity like you are.

Tax Payer $$ is like crack to establishment politicians. As bad as establishment Republicans are... the Democrats are like Keith Richards on heroine... they mainline and always want more.

The Presents position is to "almost perfectly" give the GOP what they are asking for.

You have your argument on backwards.
