you what a primary problem with Ron Paul is? The voter. Like in the first debate when he said that we pay a dime for gas. MOST PEOPLE failed to understand the Constitutional implication of that comment. Personally; I thought is was totally logical since I understand a little about it. FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW: A dime has a bit more than $3.00 in silver in a solid silver coin, and a gallon of gas sells for a bit more than $3.00 When you figure the value of a silver dime compared to what The Coinage Act of April 2, 1792 said our currency was supposed to be. Paper American currency based on the The Coinage Act of April 2, 1792 was intended to be ILLEGAL currency. With this type of thinking - what Democrat or Republican will support any change in that direction? Many of us would support and encourage it ... but ... is that enough to make it happen?
yep , both of y'all are right , lots of combinations for 2012 , and not just for the GOP either ,,, lots of states are adding a 3-rd Party on the primary ticket. It's gonna be a mele' over the Winter , should provide plenty of entertainment and fireworks ... It'll come down to who has the most money for TV adds and who has the national staff ,,,and for that reason I feel that Perry will be the gop potus nominee , he has plenty of both , if he could just keep his cowboy boots out of his mouth .. But there is no doubt that Newt is the sharpest knife in the rack ... It'll be intresting to watch what happens ,,, I look for a Perry / Cain ticket , myself ,,, or a Perry / Paul ,,, or a Perry/ Gingrich ticket .. but that's just my opinion ,,, I'm prolly gonna vote to give Obama 4 more .
I cannot see voting for Romney in the primaries. But if he is the Republican candidate against b.o. I will happily vote for him over b.o. ANYBODY BUT B.O.
I'll vote for Satan if he's running against a Demoncrat, which he won't be since he's the head of the party.
