    It would be far cheaper to put them outside the outskirts of Copenhagen. And I seriously doubt Denmark used the most expensive real estate of the country.

    I don't understand.
    If they are foreign criminals why house them on an island. The only place they should be briefly held is at an airport just before being deported.

    Yep, the bureaucrats' heaven of the misbegotten European Union is beginning to crumble, and not a moment too soon. I shudder to think how much money we've poured into it over all these years - and May want to pour even more into it, effing wanker that she is.

    Will cost a fortune to just build the accommodations for just the guards. It would basically be a 2 star hotel with free food, and guests who get paid to be there. Put them the crap on the outskirts of the capital and you just pay wages.
