Not really, the mask you linked provides no protection for anyone other than the wearer and that is limited to using the correct gas blocking filters. .

Okay. But if you catch it in Australia, you're almost twice as like to die from it than if you catch it in the USA. And the negative outfall on their people, culture, and economy, from the measures taken to prevent it's spread, isn't reflected in their rate of infection. The present is also no indicator of the future, as nobody knows what's going to happen. I do hope that it works out for everyone, whatever their chosen course.

That's the idea--protect yourself. Get one for each family member.
Yes, and your point is what?

No, not "well said." Comparing this country to Venezuela is absurd.

Wow you have totally morphed from caring about others to taking of yourself and your so called family.

Because they're Trump supporters who have supported a pretend President for nearly four years. Why stop pretending now?

I've been advocating N95 and better respirators all along. Memory blown out?

I taught adults and high school students for more than three decades. You think caring about others is a weakness? Oh, wait--you're a Trump supporter...

A rare kind? I think I've seen maybe a handful in my life, and none where the kinds of places you'd actually want to eat!

Restaurants and cafes here are almost always an ordinary high street storefront. Most would be roughly 4 metres wide by 10 metres long, in a row of other stores. They don't have 'land' or other space around them, and very very few would be large enough to justify their own parking, even if they had the land. Land is FAR too expensive to dedicate to parking. You park where you can in a nearby street (it'll rarely be directly outside) and walk. It's like that everywhere, and always has been.

America is so different, in these kinds of things. This is the norm here:

If it's that easy, why hasn't Europe been able to do it?

You did a total diversion on that one and totally ignored what I stated.

Not too stable there as you roam around and constantly move and move again the goal posts, but i would expect nothing less based on your posting history..

We don't have a problem around here finding "normal" people to teach school.

Maybe in your district the problem is the liberal snowflakes are too afraid to do the job their being paid to do.

At the liquor store in my town
Since the refusal, our cases have still declined compared to 45 other cities with equal or more population. Clapping for freedom, baby!

Don't be absurd. I've maintained a consistent position throughout. You can go back months and see where I have been advocating quality PPE for everyone.

25m people and just 908 coronavirus deaths.

We're asking doctors and nurses to risk their lives so jerks can bar hop? :puke: :puke:

LOL! What does that have to do with anything? I'm talking about my city, that YOU responded to. Apparently it angers you that a city can live normally with LEO leaders not obeying the city's orders. Our cases are still going down.

I would advise one to stop living in fear. Or at least stop listening to CNN. Sounds like they are fueling it for you

Didn't a certain Liberal mayor just issue new COVID lockdown orders and then get caught at a bar? And then the Austin mayor traveling internationally telling everyone to stay at home and wear masks?

Haha can't help but laugh at the so called "informed people" that believe these "leaders".

You asked me why New Zealand is relevant. It's a western democracy--not China where the government grinds down on the people whenever it suits the CCP.

I think that if Pres Trump and the GOP in general had taken a more comprehensive approach to COVID that we might be looking ahead to a Republican super-majority in 3 branches of government right now. I really believe that the belligerent dangerous stance that right-wing leadership and pundits took with this pandemic might end up costing them the whole ballgame.
