Agree 100%. Professor Sutton was a CONSERVATIVE who wrote the Truth about the Republicans and was black listed by American universities for his honest disclosures. Unlike so many American scholars who are beholden to right wing patrons, he was British and did not fear the monied interests who control colleges and the media. I have used his works on other websites to prove what right wingers continually deny - his works are without question the supreme authority on the causes of the USA's problems. Contrary to what you hear every day, it is NOT Democrats and liberals who are exclusively responsible for the troubles we have today. It is Republicans who are the party of abortion, of war, of injustices, of the Bolsheviks, of Hitler, of al-Qaeda, of the income tax, of pollution that poisons waters and air, of deregulation that allows manufacturers to sell defective foods and medicines that poison children and leads to untimely deaths for them, and of every other problem we have had for decades. As you wrote, you do not belong to either party. Neither do I. The Republicans are to be blamed for their dishonesty in creating these problems, for their failure to honestly account for their actions, and for projecting causation to Democrats. But the Democrats are also to be blamed for their silence in the face of these endless lies. Their passivity is just as causative because they lack the guts to challenge those lies. The Republicans lack integrity, the Democrats lack guts. Still, deluded people from the far right believe they are doing the USA and the world a favor by voting Republican. Instead, voting for this party and supporting it brings shame upon those deluded types who think they are doing this great country a favor. The reason being that this party and its politicos are creating and perpetuating the problems right wingers detest. Oh sure, these voters are sincere - but they are sincerely wrong. Voting Republican will never the problems created by this party. If Professor Sutton was alive today he would be the first one to say so, and to prove it.
I believe its more convoluted than that. I believe that the ruling heirarchy that Sutton's work uncovers is in control of both parties. In 2004 we had the option of electing two bonesmen. Our elections are a sham on both sides. Regardless of which party is in control, the corporate oligarchy rules and the big government for big business globalist agenda moves forward.
