I never watch CNN and so I didn't know who Don Lemon was until I saw the video. This was a non-story story. The guest was absolutely right. Libs are fiscally responsible. They really don't care about Lemon's topic for a story. It was just another opportunity to attack Trump from a different angle. Just another stupid way to pile on....I am glad the guest did not cave when he was given a second chance to "conform" to them...
I read up on Lemon and obviously this isn't his first time at that rodeo. There is a petition from change.org to have him fired. But they will just hire another clown to replace him because these people just can't learn. It really IS a fake news channel. I am glad I don't tune in. Those women were hateful...

The broadcasts of the CNN corporation are 24/7 ranting against Trump as their corporate mission. If a person hates Trump watch CNN and they feed that hate. That is all CNN is about now.

 

I refuse to watch Certainly Not News network. Those 2 women "guests" were enough for me-----such vitriol and hate....

CNN is a joke. They've obviously decided that anyone to the right of center watches Fox so they're campaigning for the divided left audience since they had no audience. And Don Sucka Lemon knows he can't be fired or he'd file a discrimination suit the next day. He also happily admits to favor smoking pot, not a great shock in his case.

 

No, I maintain that all news outlets are biased regardless. Either you're biased or your not biased.

If people who are slamming Lemon actually watched the ENTIRE clip they were having a pretty civil discussion about it and it IS a pretty important discussion honestly. The right and TRUMP HIMSELF whined and whined about how much Obama was costing taxpayers. NOW when Trump does it its perfectly fine AND furthermore the money is going into his own holdings I mean CMON PEOPLE WAKE THE F UP. Trump is spending taxpayer money on the presidency at a rate that I dont believe has been seen EVER and within a year he might spend more money than Obama did for his entire presidency

I couldn't watch it past the .10 mark. That guy is employed and probably highly paid to speak on TV. Presumably, the network would like it if he could actually speak clearly enough to be understood by his audience. Why hasn't it noticed yet that he can't? I could not understand one word in ten that he spoke. And there's no word "Entenshully" in the English language, yet he repeated it several times.

Getting a job as a television reporter (or whatever he is), in the US must be ridiculously easy!

I think my favorite part of this story is how much don lemon hates it when people accurately call out his fake news and his response is to shut down conversation. Was he at Berkeley recently? They would love that tactic!

I watched the entire clip. I agree it is a 'bull(*)(*)(*)(*) talking point' but guests on any news show offer up a lot of 'bull(*)(*)(*)(*) talking points'. You can depend on it virtually anytime you pick as guests, people with a political agenda. My point is that the job of the host is to refuse to allow the derailing, and guide this back on topic, rather than contribute to the derailing. they were not invited there to here to listen to Lemon's opinion or definition of what is or is not 'fake news'. they were there to discuss a different prepared topic. the mere reference to 'fake news; was enough to set him off. Lemon was, to use a phrasem 'badgering the witness' and he did so because he is understandably upset with what we both agree is a smear on the vast majority of reporters and a the marking of a new low in Washington politics.

he was pissed and he lost his focus. It needed to stay on the topic and what the four guests had to say, rather than this tangent. His job was to redirect.
