No. It's a good news source but not always free of bias. You also have to consider whether a given piece is an editorial, opinion, analysis, or straight reporting. All can be useful but each has different bias levels.

PBS Frontline is superb, but other shows are for different purposes.

 

Foreign Policy is superb as is Barron's.

I enjoy some aspects of NBC more than others in terms of accuracy. I like Rachel Maddow alot but I grew up on Ted Koppel and Peter Jennings who were impeccable.

Financial Times is 5 stars too.

I never mentioned the mortality rate. I pointed out the hypocrisy of those who peddled the "Russian collusion" conspiracy theory for years despite having no evidence to back it up. These are the same people who now accuse others of being conspiracy theorists. The hypocrisy is simply breath-taking.
