We have heard all kinds of BS about how Political Correctness has run amok but most of that was whine. This is one case where PC is amok. ESPN pulled an Asian American from a broadcast of the William and Mary vs UV game because his name is Robert Lee for fear of safety. Who the hell would even be aware of that ? This is not Notre dame vs Alabama .. Maybe some one geek would notice and say how ironic.

This is very stupid. I'm willing to bet that no more than 10,000 to 15,000 people watch this game. This is a sub-par football team battling it out with what might as well be an above average High School football team. UVA has gone 94-115 with a 3-3 Bowl record since the turn of the century and hasn't had a season above .500 since 2011. Nobody is going to pay attention to the announcer of this game.

They've done this many times before. And in previous incidents they weren't limited to chanting phrases and instead presented multiple speakers expressing more completely the views contained in the chanted phrases.
