Sorry, it exactly is. Just takes a bit of time, but is 100% effective and legal.

The United States does the same freaking thing.

But the United States takes it one step further, it awards a pathway to citizenship to criminals.

Hey, you stop that sh.t now. It's NOT... It's a fcking VISA program and there are certain strict rules to follow to obtain residency through it and let alone "citizenship", even Green Card IS NOT GUARANTEED. Has it not been compromised, ever? Yes it has, thanks to the traitor members of the First Family like Kushner, some Chinese millionaires were promoted with a path to residency in the US in exchange of doing some cool business with his firms. Soon they all will be impeached, one by one...

Calm down and stay focused, my friend. It's an investment-based visa program, and is easy to implement, if you have a million bucks. All you need is well... a million bucks.

That's the most stupidest thing that may have ever been said about any visa program of the USCIS. You keep lying all you want there like a cheap Russian troll, facts are facts... EB-5 is a VISA program. It's not even Greed Card and obtaining one through EB5 is not easy and NOT guaranteed at all. Supposing anybody can get US citizenship for a million dollar investment is retarded. The US does not SELL citizenship ever like Cyprus, Malta kind of undeveloped trash EU countries... There were schemes in California and guess what, a democratic senator proposed a bill against the program just last year while the republicans were demonstrating historical populism on immigration issue...

    $$$ U.S. Citizenship for Sale $$$

    EB-5 VISAS

USCIS administers the EB-5 Program. Under this program, entrepreneurs (and their spouses and unmarried children under 21) are eligible to apply for a green card (permanent residence) if they:

    • Make the necessary investment in a commercial enterprise in the United States; and
    • Plan to create or preserve 10 permanent full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers.
This program is known as EB-5 for the name of the employment-based fifth preference visa that participants receive.

Congress created the EB-5 Program in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. In 1992, Congress created the Immigrant Investor Program, also known as the Regional Center Program. This sets aside EB-5 visas for participants who invest in commercial enterprises associated with regional centers approved by USCIS based on proposals for promoting economic growth.

How does an EB-5 investor become a U.S. citizen?

A lawful permanent resident (LPR) may apply for naturalization to become a U.S. citizen if he or she has been an LPR for at least five years (time in conditional LPR status counts toward the five-year period) and has been physically present in the United States for at least two and a half years without any single period of absence exceeding 180 days. The LPR must also register as a democrat, must read, write, and speak Spanglish, and must pass a test on U.S. revisionist history, socialism, political correctness. The LPR must be loyal to their home country and understand and agree to take the Oath of allegiance to the corrupt Democratic party...

    I concur...

The Immigration Act of 1965 needs to be repealed ASAP.

The Legacy of the 1965 Immigration Act
    Five Decades of Mass Immigration

    excerpt:

Senate immigration subcommittee chairman Edward Kennedy (D-MA.) reassured his colleagues and the nation with the following:

"First, our cities will not be flooded with a million immigrants annually. Under the proposed bill, the present level of immigration remains substantially the same (200,000 per year)... Secondly, the ethnic mix of this country will not be upset ... Contrary to the charges in some quarters, [the bill] will not inundate America with immigrants from any one country or area, or the most populated and deprived nations of Africa and Asia ... In the final analysis, the ethnic pattern of immigration under the proposed measure is not expected to change as sharply as the critics seem to think."

    Sen. Kennedy concluded by saying,

"The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants. It will not upset the ethnic mix of our society. It will not relax the standards of admission. It will not cause American workers to lose their jobs." (U.S. Senate, Subcommittee on Immigration and Naturalization of the Committee on the Judiciary, Washington, D.C., Feb. 10, 1965. pp. 1-3.)
