I think the OP fails to understand the reasons for the Durham investigation initiated by Billy the Bagman.

It serves two primary purposes. 1. To serve up some red meat for Trump fans to chew on as the election draws near in order to distract from Don's epic failure in responding to COVID-19. Especially since Biden can be smeared along with other members inside and out of the admin. 2. To satisfy Don's insatiable desire to discredit the Mueller investigation since it uncovered evidence of collusion (for lack of a better word) and obstruction of justice.

Potential prosecutions is the way to keep Trump fans ginned up in anticipation of "we've got them now" show trials. But as with Comey, Clinton, McCabe, Strzok, etc., there is no meat on the "Obamagate" bone being thrown to the minions.

I didn't say "conspire or coordinated" And certainly not in the very specific legal sense in which those terms are described on the report. But they most definitely colluded. Not only in the sense of welcoming their help. But also of covering up the crime.

The second reference is on page 5. Not 173. Maybe Susan Collins just happened to quote the wrong page. But the most cynical seem to believe that maybe she was hoping that nobody noticed what followed the quote.
