Both are measurable test.

I never said I would require that, this is over I only debate things I say not what others try to put in my mouth when their arguments lack any merit.

While a large percentage of transgenders (both pre and post op) experience this psychological impairment it is important to not that not all do.

Someone can wear a dress and not be transgender.
Someone can also say they are transgender but make no attempts to live as the opposite sex — this could be to abuse the very lax systems designed to accommodate actual transgendered individuals, a deeper mental disorder or they could actually be transgender.

I am not sure how it would be proven either way in the instance above.

I don't see it as culty BS. I simply don't understand why a person who identifies and feels like a woman would rape another woman.

 

Now more is coming out. The Superintendent, that was the speaker on the video of the father being arrested, was the person that covered it all up and moved the Trans-Student to another school, where he raped another girl. The Superintendent lied and covered it up. They had someone go up to the father just before he was allowed to speak and set him off with, "I don't believe your daughter". This all happened. That's how evil these people are. You can't describe these School Board people as anything but evil.

For those that didn't read the actual OP with the details. A rape kit confirmed she was raped. Sodomy charges have been filed with the Police.

 

You are actually asking people to understand the logic of a Transsexual that has raped multiple girls, which has included sodomy. How about you focus on the School Board that not only didn't do anything about it, but moved the Transsexual to another school, where he raped again. Then they lied about it and instigated an event with the father to get him arrested. That **** is evil and you are worrying about trying to understand a rapist?
