    They are!
But I think Spanky will remain an unindicted co- conspirator.

That would be the best case scenario for the haters.

That way they can make all of the false accusations they want without allowing the truth to rebut them.

Rich people pay bimbos to shut up all the time.

Is that all you have for your priceless moment?

Bad answer, as I've never made one comment about Benghazi....

I'm not giving up on you, Robert!!

Resorting to copy/paste from Page 11 of the SDNY sentencing memo....
    upload_2018-12-7_21-11-49.png

    upload_2018-12-7_21-9-30.png

It's a legal document, but there's no legalese here...

Trump is Individual 1, Cohen pleaded guilty to making illegal campaign contributions at the direction of Trump. Directing somebody to do something illegal is illegal..

Not sure what can happen from here, but the bell has been rung.... Ignore it as you will.

Here is Cohen's motive, and it doesn't include POTUS:
This paragraph tells that Trump had little to do with Cohen:

    The report confirms?

It does no such thing. It's the words of a single witness.

    WTF. You're a trained attorney?

    Get real.

I almost expect Trump to shoot Cohen on 5th Ave. and claim he was just cleaning the gun. :)

I fail to see a connection to Russia. Show me the Russian connection to Trump.

As to crimes committed by Cohen, that is what this is all about.

    Uh. Not quite.
As I recall there was a Trump accountant that got immunity to testify. Oh and a Magazine CFO that also got a deal. Then of course there was the phone recording. Yep. nothing to see here.

Assume a payoff to Stormy. I ask ... so what? Why is that payoff not a charge against Cohen?

Regardless, that doesn't confirm anything. That is just testimony. Did Trump lawyers get to cross examine? Are the people being threatened with jail being honest, or just telling prosecutors what the want to hear?

Put Trump on trial and bring forward this evidence, and lets see what is confirmed.

The point is, no trained attorney would ever suggest this Cohen thing confirms anything related to the President.

Well, now, in a truly bizarre twist, we need to keep Cohen alive.... I hope SDNY has his deposition and testimony on tape as his life is truly not worth a plugged nickel ...

Cohen's testimony and the phone recording is enough. I'm sure you have heard it.
The only question is when they charge him and if it is congress or the courts.

Of course that is not true. Keep dreaming.

In the mean time, it's probably wise to allow the legal system to determine what is confirmed, and what isn't.

I would agree however, doing that would go against the strategy of all these "news" outlets who depend on click bait to survive.

The big news is the Prosecutors are committing crimes themselves by claiming the Cohen matter proves the President committed felonies. It does no such thing.

Add to the evidence they believe is true? Well, it's clear their witch hunt has had that objective from the beginning.

And what do we have? Claims and interpretations, and now accusations, from what I believe are some of the most corrupt Prosecutors and investigators in modern times.

Some New Yorker thinks he committed a felony based on fabricated testimony. Big difference.

What I said was true. I'm confident there was more but I don't make a habit of watching Lying Fake News by the Fox. And yes I know Trump tweeted that lie. Nothing new there.

But I also suspect, based on what I heard on Fox about their assessment of Trump's innocence and the way they did it, that Fox is positioning themselves to turn against Trump in the future. Wait and see.

They did say what I reported: the report exceeded its legal bounds and is therefore illegal.

I reported what they said, which was Carlson asking the guest "what are your thoughts about Pelosi saying all walls are immoral?"

So where would you like to see him tried?
    Congress? - not my favorite
New York now? - To complicated, Trump would fight the authority.
New York after the election? - to me the clear winner.

    Yeah...

I've been hearing that kind of sillyness for a couple of years now.
