That's exactly how the Judge took it as well. The $10,000 unsecured bond here equates to an ROR bond (Released on Own Recognizance).

"If Griesemer violates the conditions of his bond, he would owe the government $10,000, but he did not have to put up that money during his court appearance."

Obviously, The young man doesn't have the means or ability to act on the threats, else he would have been charged more severely and the bond would have been much higher and secured.

 

This kinda stuff just never happened before Trump got elected by Russia.
