I wrote in the posted you commented on: "And more specifically, the President's comments about CNN is at the core." And you wrote, "In this case it did"..... I guess I'm confused. At state that is not hard to achieve at times.
Steve Scalise would disagree after being shot by a Bernie Bro lunatic hell bent on killing republicans.
Ok, I was referring to the false narrratives, and when RW news outlets puts out these charged false narratives, there are exceptions and people react violently. I don't consider Pres Trump responsible for the crime, but he is guilty of continuing the false narratives.
Ok. So in a round about way you did refer to President Trump. Don't know why you denied it. Regardless, the problem you are referencing is not limited to RW news outlets or what you think are false narratives from the President. The fact is LW news outlets put out false narratives and encourage the same response among some people on the left. LW leadership in Congress are guilty of repeating them, or even creating them.
Yeah right, birth certificate, gun confiscation, giving power to the UN, the list goes on, and you too are guilty of it. The RW BS is rife on this site, and their news outlets. FYI, I did refer to Pres Trump, but that only reinforces my argument that you and your ilk put out false narratives. ("a roundabout way")
It was the first thing that showed up in Google. It's a video so there can be no spin by infowars. I knew lefties would resort to attacking the source without even checking it out.
Now think on this... If you make a threat to kill the President its a crime. If a Hollywood celebrity does it its "entertainment".
I didn't attack the source. Check out my posting at the beginning of this thread. Do stereotyping much? However, I will state again, that incident is not the subject of this thread.
It seems sometimes the person you quote doesn't show for some posters, my response there was for this post http://www.politicalforum.com/index...to-kill-cnn-employees.524408/#post-1068582239 where my source was questioned. His post shows up for me with my reply. I saw your post that this is off topic and did not plan to further engage with it other than to defend my original post. It had nothing to do with anything you posted.
Bro(?) anyone using Infowars as a new source needs to get their head examined. I hear Stoolie Nunes gave Alex Jones the memo he created......that's how truthful the #releasethememo is. Get it yet?
So you can't refute the video, I get it. I've seen the video elsewhere and it's the exact same video. I pay little attention to Alex Jones so I wouldn't know. Just admit defeat so you don't look so foolish.
1). "Us" guys? 2). Attempted "traps"? What sort of guy am I and what trap do see that I have tried to spring? I understand neither. Care to explain?
Guys, I understand what the terms federal and state mean. What I find ridiculous is that a telephone discussion/threat can carry a heavier penalty if the "call" is made to another state. I fail to see how a few words or phrases made over a telephone can be considered "crossing state lines" particularly if the speaker is standing still and may never have been in the other state in his life. Let's see ..... I am riding the Continental Trailways Bus travelling back home from another state, speaking to my wife on the mobile telephone. I say to her, "Sometimes I could strangle you but I am so in love with you!" So the first part of the sentence was made while in Arizona but the second part was spoken just after crossing the state line. Good grief! Alternatively if I threaten the president while I'm on a cruise in international waters. I guess I'd be immune from prosecution?
Why do you assume the federal charge necessarily means a heavier penalty. It is a jurisdictional issue. No "First, I would like to briefly discuss where the FBI obtains its jurisdiction over crimes committed on cruise ships. The authority of the FBI to investigate criminal offenses and enforce laws of the United States on cruise ships on the high seas or territorial waters of the United States depends on several factors: The location of the vessel, the nationality of the perpetrator or victim, the ownership of the vessel, the points of embarkation and debarkation, and the country in which the vessel is flagged all play a role in determining whether there is federal authority to enforce the laws of the United States. The principal law under which the U.S. exercises its Special Maritime and Territorial Jurisdiction is set forth in Section 7 of Title 18 of the U.S. Code. This statute provides, in relevant part, that the U.S. has jurisdiction over crimes committed on a ship if: The ship, regardless of flag, is a U.S.-owned vessel, either whole or in part, regardless of the nationality of the victim or the perpetrator, when such vessel is within the admiralty and maritime jurisdiction of the United States and out of the jurisdiction of any particular state; The offense by or against a U.S. national was committed outside the jurisdiction of any nation; The crime occurred in the U.S. territorial sea (within 12 miles of the coast), regardless of the nationality of the vessel, the victim or the perpetrator; or The victim or perpetrator is a U.S. national on any vessel during a voyage that departed from or will arrive in a U.S. port." https://archives.fbi.gov/archives/news/testimony/crimes-against-americans-on-cruise-ships Google is a wonderful thing.
Because the FBI get payed more than cops. Google is a government-payed shill organization that spies on us. That's why I let you do the Google search instead of me. I trust you that you will never falsify any information you've gleaned and so I get an honest reply from you without the risk of Google hacking me any more than is necessary. Thank you!
Calling you out for your post is hardly conspiracy.... Try to learn what words mean then come back and try again.
it is sad, I agree we had a reality star running for President talking about getting away with shooting people on 5th Ave and then talking about the 2nd Amendment and Clinton and he got away with it... crazier still, the right made him President
When you've passed through puberty (and out the other end of it) you will hopefully realize how childish you are being.
