Ebola? Takes direct physical contact (like the others above) but after the first week or so if you did have it (and unlike COVID its not endemic in the US) the only business premises you would be entering is the local morgue.

TB? Is actually extremely difficult to catch barring prolonged exposure in overcrowded housing with poor sanitation and in any event its bacterial infection and while vaccines exist /are being developed so far they're not that effective.

The flu, yes you definitely could spread it upon entering a store etc so that's the only illness you've managed to name that bears any similarity to COVID albeit COVID is an entirely new virus and most customers in any shop will have immune systems that have been primed to deal with influenza (even if not that years strain) by repeated exposes in the past. And in bad years (ones with especially nasty flu strains) it may well be better for everyone if extra precautions were taken just like with COVID.

Lastly, reportedly the law does not prevent prevent businesses from using other COVID-19 screening measures consistent with “authoritative or controlling government issued guidance” to protect the public health. So under existing state/federal guidelines for COVID-19 screening business owners can still legally require people wishing to enter their premises to;
- undergo temperature checks;
- wear of a face mask while on the premises.

Or you could just voluntarily prove you were vaccinated and potentially forgo all that.
