Four Illegals Held in MA Gang Rape Case

Four Guatemala nationals who are in the U.S. illegally are accused of brutally gang-raping a woman and beating her boyfriend in Massachusetts.

Federal Immigration officers are requesting so-called detainers on all four illegals. According to Customs Enforcement spokesman Shawn Neudauer, at least two of the suspects had been deported previously.

Police report that brothers Elmer Diaz, 19, Arial Diaz, 24, and Adan Diaz, 32 and accomplice Marlon Josue Jarquin-Felipe, 27, were arrested and charged with the brutal attacks. They faces charges including rape, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, kidnapping, witness intimidation and other charges.

The fact is that if we tightened up our borders there would be many violent crimes prevented from being committed by people in the country illegally. Why would anyone oppose that?

This is about illegals, not justifying why you think it's ok for illegal aliens to rape and assault Americans. We have a prison system for those white blue eyed devils that rape, murder, and sodomize. We don't need a prison for the illegals, that's why they're so overcrowded as it is. Ship these worthless bastards back to Guatemala. Or drop out of the boat by accident, either way, they're no longer American citizens' problem and will never rape and assault our men and women again.

 

In this instance who else would you single out?

Yes, crimes happen even among citizens, that's why we have laws against such crimes, so they can act as a deterrent and people can be punished when that doesn't work. But in the case of illegals those crimes never would have been committed if those illegals weren't here to begin with.

 

So now if these four guys get sent to prison not only have they raped and attacked peaceful citizens who were minding their own business but we get to pay for their food and care while they're in prison. I say deport them and if they come back into this nation they get an automatic death penalty. No appeals. No trial. Just swift justice.

When it comes to rape, it does not matter who does it or their legal status or lack thereof. All rape is bad. No it's, and's, or but's.

 

Well maybe the fact that the person raped wouldn't have been violated because the people that raped her wouldn't have been here to do so.

We have enough issues with criminals, there is no point in taking a chance on illegals and simply waiting for them to make a victim out of someone.
