So you are OK with rape ? Or just oppose that committed by pedophile priests ? I am not surprised, in all candor.
"lol" ............ yeah, that is really funny notme !!!!!!!!! You are (*)(*)(*)(*)ing hilarious !!!!!!
In the discussion you barged in of "You think 1 example gives you all you need to label a couple of million illegal immigrants?". Than indeed I do think 1000's of examples world wide paint a picture about the Catholic church and it's management how they kept the lid on their pedophiles so they could go on.
Ever heard of Susan Smith? The person who accused the kidnapping of her children to some mysterious "black guy" which later turned out that she did the dastardly deed. Yeah, she had an agenda from the get go. some people do when something tragic happens. Sometimes they let the court decide first before preceding. Then there is GZ who had an agenda when he got arrested and try to blame it on everyone else but himself. Yes, he was acquitted but he had and still has an agenda now. I have never said or agreed to providing citizenship to illegal if a legalization process to those that qualify. I think that should be at least price, along with some other requirements if they become legalized. for me, illegals can either be wheat or chaff. However, there are places in the law already where, if they qualify, they can change their status. For instance, the purpose of the I 539 form allows certain aliens who are out of status with specific types of nonimmigrant visas to become in status. Then you have the I-360 which can allow those who come here illegally and are victims of sex related crimes but can obtain the U visa and follow the immigration process. This has already been established under the law and yet, you are one of those chaps, that even if the law allows someone to change the status from illegal to legal, you would block that because of your complete ignorance of the law. the difference between the illegals who are wanting to obtain legalization through a change in the law and allowing the change in status from illegal to legal under current law are as different as a apple to a pineapple. But somehow you see it the same and that simply shows the lack of education you have.
It's hard to say whether it would or would not happen if the four men were not in the United States. Life in and of itself is unpredictable and a thousand other things could have happened in which they were never there on that fateful night or were somewhere else where another tragic event happened. This types of argument that you are presenting can only lead to one logical conclusion and that is to erroneously blame a complex system for things in which it basically has no control over. No, because it is moot to the point to the situation. What they did was wrong, but at the same time, the four guys still have the criminal due process available to them for the allegations they are charged. All we have here is the event. We do not know all the details of each of the persons, their life experiences, their beliefs and motives, etc. So tryi not to judge them outside of the crime they are charged with. And that should be the only area of our critique and nothing else. Since we are not personally involved, we need to be detached from the event and look at this logically. Would've, could've, or should've does not solve anything. It is merely officer cooler gossip during break times. Let's let the real professional handle this and not the wannabes who would not know Dick from Adam.
I don't care about Susan Smith other than she was busted and did not get away with a crime. I don't care about illegals intentions when they came here, as it does not matter because they are illegal and should not be here whether or not they came in illegally or overstayed their Visas. They chose to do both and both is breaking the law. My concern is stopping all illegal immigration and not by rewarding illegals who broke the law. Plain and simple, I do not care about their technicalities. We should be just as harsh, if not harsher than Iran or Mexico is with their immigration laws.
WOW!!! So you believe rape and tragic events are preordained! If those four illegals hadn't been available, then fate would have provided four different guys to take their place. Either way, that woman was destined to be gang raped, and her husband was destined to get the crap beat out of him. I guess that could be the defense lawyer's strategy. "Your honor, you can not hold my clients accountable. They were just the pawns of fate. If they hadn't done it, then someone else would have. Why should someone else have all the fun?" A system that allows animals like these to sneak into this country should be blamed. As well as those brainiacs that want this country to grant them amnesty. Let's take a look at what this crime alone says about these four animals. We know that they think they are entitled to take what they want from a woman, or maybe just from gringo women. We know they believe that if anyone tries to stand in their way can be beaten down. That is not speculation. It is an unbiased assessment of the facts. Since we are not personally involved, we need to be detached from the event and look at this logically. Would've, could've, or should've does not solve anything. It is merely officer cooler gossip during break times. Let's let the real professional handle this and not the wannabes who would not know Dick from Adam.[/QUOTE] This type of problem is easily solved: 1. Seal the borders. 2. Pass a law making it illegal to employ undocumented workers. If a company violates the law, then the owner, or President, of the company will serve mandatory jail time. 3. Make it illegal to provide shelter, provide health care, and to sell food to the illegals. 4. Offer free transportation to the Mexican border. No one would have round them up. They would leave this country voluntarily.
