Fox: It's Extraordinary That Charleston Church Shooting Is Being Called a Hate Crime

When the founders wrote the 2nd Amendment, the word "regulated" didn't mean government regulated/controlled. It meant organized and not just an unfit group of guys raping and pillaging everything.

 

Has anybody found it kind of strange that Dylann Roof's manifesto doesn't once mention Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Fox News, Republicans, GOP, NRA, gun, 2nd amendment, etc...

There is nothing that ties this crazed whacked out person to the right.

But what I find quit interesting is that under patriotism he says "I hate the sight of the American flag."

That sounds more like someone on the left who steps on or burns the American flag.

He says the thing that showed him that he needed to do this was the website of the Council of Conservative Citizens. A white supremacist group endorsed by Fox News personality Ann Coulter... Hated the U.S. flag. Hated his nation; he is a leftist. As a matter of fact if he were to go on record as to hating God, he would win the leftist ideological trifecta.

Just because the organization has the word "conservative" in its name doesn't make them conservative and or adored or approved of by true conservatives.

Of course it is conservative. All white supremacist groups for like 40 years now have been conservative, but certainly one that puts "conservative" right in its name, and which is endorsed by Ann Coulter herself, is conservative lol. No, definitely not all conservatives hate black people. But, yeah, this guy was clearly right wing. His friends describe him as very conservative, he surrounded himself with right wing symbols, all the influences, websites and organizations he mentions respecting and following are right wing, etc. And, while all conservatives certainly aren't white supremacist, virtually all white supremacists are conservative. Some, as you note, are anarchist, but he clearly isn't- he fetishized government imposed apartheid and law enforcement for example.

 

There's a photo of him on the HuffPo site where he is burning an American flag and.........horrors.............wearing a Gold's Gym shirt. Silly libs won't know what to make of that shirt!

 

Here you go. This is how the phrase "well-regulated" was used back then.

Try replacing the phrase "well-regulated" with "government controlled" in the following usages and tell me if they still make any damn sense. Now replace the phrase "well-regulated" with "well functioning" and tell me if they make sense.

I doubt anyone really believes this isn't a racist hate crime - disappoints me that neither "side" can just accept that there are some loonies in their camp.

 

I think that much should go without saying. The current outrage on the side of liberals is that some conservatives were saying that this appeared to be an attack against Christians, even though from what I have read and heard.. that was a fair opinion at that time. Now it is obvious of the shooters intentions after allowing the speculation to settle and the witnesses to be heard. This is an undoubtedly racist attack, to which every conservative outlet and broadcast that I have seen says that. Including the primetime Fox News line-up (O'Reilly, Kelly, Hannity).

If there were any doubters even after the witness testimonies, then they should have been convinced with the release of this guys "manifesto".

Oh, yeah, he definitely isn't representative of the typical conservative, but that doesn't change that he is a conservative. Hard core. In fact, that is a big part of how he differs from the typical conservative- he's obviously way more socially conservative than the average conservative is.
