When they explored the Nazi SS guards and executioners at Nazi death camps they found that they were great family men and highly respected in their community. Obviously, therefore you would conclude that generally Nazi SS men were wonderful people too.

As to 1967, she was speaking of the war Israel won where they finally were once more in Jerusalem. I was then 29 years old so was reading all about it when it was going on.

I was thinking she pointed to a particular time it was tossed out of Europe. I suppose not all got tossed out.
