Who are "witnesses" to someone's sexual life? Isn't that even freakier than just suggesting an open marriage, having people that can be called upon to be viable "witnesses" to your sexual life?

And yes Newt denied it, the first place I heard him do it was at that debate with John King the questioner, BUT Newt spent the first 2 minutes of the denial berating King, deflection is a sign of lying, Newt is a habitual liar, therefore Newt was probably lying about this. Just like he is lying about having viable witnesses of intimate details of his sex life.

How is anyone supposed to gather evidence about a private conversation that happened between a married couple of a very intimate and sexual nature? The fact that he would even let his daughters run the gauntlet is disturbing in the suggestion that they would be privy to such intimate details. However the circumstantial evidence is he was caught cheating on his ex wife, he ended up divorcing said wife to marry the woman he was cheating on her with. When caught he suggested that he wanted to keep seeing his mistress (a definition of open marriage), which is not crazy conjecture at all considering the mistress was with him a while at that point.

Burden of proof is a fallacious argument.
