I think that it's funny how many people suddenly begin supporting Gingrich as soon as the mainstream media tells them that he's in the Top Tier. And that folks, is how brainwashing works in America.

 

I think you got it backwards, he got into the top tier because more people began supporting him and that is why the media is talking about him more. He wasn't ordained like Obama was, now THAT was brainswashing.

Personally, I would have liked to see Paul Ryan jump in. But what can you do. Newt's the best in the field.

If Romney was a conservative, he'd be the nominee already. If Perry could articulate a sentence, he wouldn't have imploded. If Cain had a clue, he'd be the nominee. Newt has his baggage, but he has a number of accomplishments under his belt.
