    My daughter went through the exact same process that others did in South Dakota to become an appraiser. She was treated no different. And I never asked for her to get special treatment.

    I spent many years as a Federal licensed appraiser. I believe she will help South Dakota and is doing so the proper way.
    The joke of the century was the appraisers Federal test was a good test. It sucked something awful.

    Do you know what Fenestration means? Well it is on the test. Do you also understand that Appraisers do not use that term?
