How about some deductive reasoning. The Black Sites in Europe were in nations that are under US control such as: Lithuania, Romania, Poland and Bosnia Herzegovina. In all of Europe Finland is the most independent, so wouldn't it be then the last nation in the world that would allow American torture sites?

More than likely the containers contain small arms to hand out to Nato since the planes did come from Iraq. If it was money to hand out to protesters, the planes wouldn't be coming from Iraq unless the US had a lot of dollars on hand in Iraq for bribes. Other than that the possibility exists for virus' - probably for the Estonians to kill off the Russians. (I'm only joking - I hope!)

I think the crux of this thread is that conflict is assumed to move north and south with increasing tempoerature.. Hence the higher latitiude number of stationing stuff. It is just getting too damn hot to fight near the equator

The Kitchen can be set up and cook a meal for 500 soldiers in 3 hours

Could be useful for helping Caravans if we cared anymore

 

Of course it could be kitchens and anything else in the warehouse, since the new battlefront will be the Arctic. (Lots of minerals in them there ice). But why Finland a nation that has always been neutral - and so close to the Russian border? Seems ominous to me! Anyway there's room for speculation. One thing's certain though, the Russians will find out - that is if they don't already know.
